I live three blocks down from one of our body's of the Great lakes. Also, there is a NASA station in my town. The other day I was driving to work; I looked up and counted 6 "X" formations in the sky.All spaced somewhat equally.I called my father, who then walked out side and confirmed what I saw.He stated,he would love to call someone to find out what they are doing. But he hesitates because, how do you call without sounding crazy: and who do you call.So he told me to call my brother(which is the families genius).I called him and described the scene and how I could witness them in the process of making a chem-trail at that instance...Well the genius only advise was ,"Get out from under it. I don't know what they are doing."

I'm posting to ask"Who do you call?" and "Is this going on in your town?"

i guess you live in cleveland
so do i
i see trails in the sky almost everyday
i see perfectly clear blue skys turn white and hazy hours later because of these trails
some times theres so many lines in the sky i cant count them all
and there are very few days that i dont see any trails at all

i have 2 questions
1 - isnt normal air traffic suppose to travel in the same air space?

2 - do the spray over washington dc? are there lines in the sky over washington dc?

question 2 is the question i really want answered

Interesting..

Im honestly not one to jump on the "chemtrail" bandwagon...

While I do feel there is something more to the actual chemtrails (not contrails)..
than we know...
I really dont focus on it, or worry about it much.

I never even visit the "chemtrail" threads/videos/etc.

However,
I constantly look in the sky, day and night...
and never see any like I saw this afternoon.

I picked my mother up to take her to a doctors appt..

I left at 3:30 pm, and there were at least 12 different "trails" in the sky, all within a small area,
I didnt think much of it, really.

Then, I picked up my mother, drove back the same way, and pointed them out to her,
She said. "oh my god, what is that?? Ive never seen soo many at once before".. lol
I said "me either".. Then we dropped it.

We were in the doctors appt until 6:00-6:30 pm,

and when we got back "into town"..
Every trail was still in the exact place as they were 3-3 1/3 hours ago.
With a few extras added, in different parts of the sky,
but one area was very concentrated with them.

Very un-natural.

and, as embarrassing as it was to mention to my mother..
(I think it is the first time I ever started a conversation with a person about "chemtrails")..
but I started telling her about the huge "conspiracy" about it all,
and that there is tons of info on the net about it all and what some of it points to.

Seriously,
I have never seen soo many in the sky,
and Ive never seen contrails that last for multiple hours in the exact same spot.

So I really dont know what to make of it,
other than it was rather strange/different.

I'm new to this whole "Chemtrail" thing but does anyone know if these have been spotted in Canada?

I live in a rural area and I've never seen anything out of the ordinary before.

Take a gander at the skies in the wee morning hours when people aren't looking. I saw one DIRECTLY over our house this morning. Only it has barely dissipated from its EW direction - very odd since the flight paths are usually NS and higher altitude, too!

They were contrails. Clouds. Harmless lines of condensed water vapour. But thats boring isnt it.

We can pretend they are fluffy white lines of chemical doom if it makes you feel better

Listen you may think you have the answer...but you don't...because if it was that simple they wouldn't be making "X's" all over my town....

Hmmpf! I'd rather Feel Better if I see fluffy, puffy clouds of white instead of that CHEM-trail. I know my neighborhood. I know the flight paths. That one is no ordinary CON-trail.

Oh, gosh.....COME ON PEOPLE, THINK!!!

Planes fly to every point of the compass, so when two or more planes are flying in different directions and leaving contrails, the contrails will meet or cross.
This is not rocket science, people. It's common sense.
If there are more than two planes they will leave a grid, or "tic-tac-toe".
When there is a curve in a contrail it meant a plane turned. Yep, planes turn in the air. All the time. Probably every flight at least once.
Has every person who gets their "science" from the web, gone brain dead? Why does this have to be explained at least twice a week?
With GPS, no one needs to mark anything anywhere with water vapor which might dissipate or blow away from as far away as flight altitude. It shows planes fly in many directions. That is all. That is all it ever means. Get over it. Use some common sense. Draw yourself a picture if you need visual learning.
Oh, wait. It's not the only thing: It also means there are people so sure there are conspiracies they abandon all reason to somehow fit in with their myth.
And for those with a bit more capability of free thought, use Flightaware.com. It will show you all flights over the US near real-time. You can see what the planes are, destination, even what make and model of plane. Learn what the planes over your head are and watch the mystery go away.
Knowledge is power. Ignorance is a choice.

I like the picture that the OP posted giving his story credibility. A bunch of X's in the sky huh? Take pictures next time. Also, contrails.

Here's a news flash! Not every cloud is white and puffy.
Sorry to awaken you from your fairy tale dream, but until you can show what is over your head is somehow different than a cloud, it is a contrail.
And as there is no possible way to determine the chemical content of something miles away from you, you can't claim it is anything but a contrail.
Unless you can convince me you are able to see the difference.......but no one has yet.
Choice is yours. Learn the science and KNOW what you are talking about, or follow your fairy-tale and "believe".

As always with any of my post I always say it could or could not be, because I have no proof of anything. But I look up at the sky where I live and I see planes flying in weird directions. Circling areas and flying sideways with no clear destination. Now I'm probably not thinking clear or overly thinking but it always seems odd when I see them. I don't ever recall seeing these trails behind a commercial airline, only jets, and no not commercial jets. The planes I am referring to are not used for public transportation.

Gee, where to you live? I live in the US, NE Indiana, use FlightAware and know that the planes I see leaving contrails are commercial jets, including some freight. And some military, because there is an active Air National Guard base.

Many times, the very thing that makes the sky blue, Rayleigh scattering, makes planes hard to see or distinguish. Many planes are white or silver underneath and will blend in to the sky, looking featureless. I suggest finding an airport close by and tracking what you are seeing. It's the only way you will truly know.

Ok probably that then, they just don't look like commercial airliners. But then again I just look up and make an assumption never did any investigating. I live in southern NH, will try to remember to check out that website next time i notice these "chem-trails".

You CON-trailers are right all along. You win - you and your COMMON SENSE. There's not enough evidence to show that CHEMICALS are not in our atmosphere as a direct result of these air-crafts.

"Science" rules this reality and the correct word to describe what we are seeing are CON-trails and NOT CHEM-trails.

We should stop speculating what people are seeing in the skies. Not even ET and pals in their fancy, unmanned UFO are behind those anomalous cloud formations, too.

I could go on. Nah! Forget it! Just give me a gas mask and I'll fall into eternal sleep and pretend all this conspiracy surrounding CHEM-trails is just a fairy-tale dream.

Chemtrail, contrail, either works to transfer the idea of a white smoke/vapor trail in the sky left behind by an aircraft. I don't think the OP was commenting on the intended function of said trails. I think he/she was just saying "Hey, there were a lot of aircraft flying about today, leaving all sorts of trails in the sky, in very specific patterns and formations. This is strange for my area."

I posted a topic about the large number of contrails/chemtrails in the sky a couple days ago, too, because it was weird to see so many things flying about. Some contrail debunkers seem to have their own prejudice/bias in that they assume when anybody mentions trails in the sky, that they are refering to something nefarious. This is not so. This is your own bias projected onto our posts.

From now on, I'll call contrails/chemtrails from here on out "smoke/vapor trails left by aircraft which some people tend to refer to as contrails/chemtrails but who knows what they actually are".
