Tuesday, February 1, 2011, Petkov pleaded guilty to misdemeanor assault and battery; she has been ordered to move from her neighborhood as part of her sentence.
Yesterday, February 1, 2011, Petkov learned her fate after pleading guilty to misdemeanor assault and battery. As part of a plea agreement, Wayne County Circuit Judge Carole Youngblood sentenced Petkov to 18 months probation with the following conditions:
Psychological evaluation with treatment, if recommended; substance abuse evaluation with treatment, if recommended; anger management; no contact with Bowling or the five block area of Detroit Street, Washington, Cleveland, Park Place or Roerig.
Also, Petkov must move out of her house in the 100 block of Detroit Street.
Any violation of the terms of probation will result in the Petkov serving 93 days in the Wayne County Jail, according to the Wayne County prosecutors office.

This is what happens when society becomes so patronizing in protecting the guilty and being a litigious nanny state that people become too frightened to do the right thing and just beat the snot out of idiots like this.
This kind of thing used to be avoided simply by the fear of having somebody knock on your door to hand out some instant justice.
Sickening, pathetic, tasteless, and hopefully something that God, if such a thing exists, will take a pound of flesh for.
