this isn't about the rights of those facing foreclosure....it's about the rights of those who ARE PAYING their loans off...

so.....why would this be just an issue with those houses that went through foreclosure...and not every house that has gone through the mers system?? since the trail of ownership to that loan has not been recorded in any legal way, and cannot be legally tracked!! thus the fraud that is being committed in the foreclosures.

my question is this.....
We have a hope of paying off our mortgage as soon as we can, ya know, paying more than we have to, ect....
well, let's say I hit the maga millions and now have the money to pay it off today...ya!!!
I know it is happening alot less now days than foreclosures are...but hey, sooner or later, at least some of these mortgates might get paid off!! when they do, is there gonna be this kind of crap attached to the title of their home? If I go to refi the house, ya know the apr is about to reset again, well, is all that crap gonna be there making the bank scratch their heads? what if I go to resell it, are the title companies gonna say , ain't no way???

I'm sorry, but seems to me, that instead of worrying about the small pittance that the gov't is taking from you to give to that poor cashier that is cashing out your groceries....the people would be clammering for answers to this, or at least investigating it....maybe asking our elected officials a few questions about it!!!

my view on the subject is that if you want that little cashier there cashing out or groceries, well....one way or another, the little cashier is gonna have to have a way to feed herself, and probably her family....either through gov't aide programs, or higher wages, or well....you can throw her a few quarters her way as you leave the store at the end of your shift.....
the only alternative is that she won't be there to cash out your groceries!

guess I'll send the first part of this post to an attorney general, and my congressmen, see if they know the answer, or at least they will have an idea of some of the questions to ask during the upcoming talks over weather they should over ride the obama's veto that would at least make the fraudulent paperwork a little more legal!

true and seriously I am not just speaking about illegal drugs I am speaking of any anti-psychotics or anti-depressants ect... anything not prescribed for a physical ailment should not be allowed in congress or senate. We do not know the side effects of legal acid yet and the society has not been using them long enough to truly observe the effects this has on the brain and specially generational studies.

Like Robin Williams said too, politicians should have to wear badges on their jacket like Nascar racers do so we may know who their sponsors are before we vote, the public also should have information if any of these politicians are taking any psyche drugs too no matter what category.

It would seriously alter the populace's voting decisions.

I don't see the problem with food stamps. You've got to be poor to qualify. The US has an excess capacity of food production, so they're just giving away what would probably go to waste anyways. I have a bigger problem with people getting unemployment benefits for years at a time.

I really have no problem with food stamps either, it just I have a bigger problem with Pelosi's name even lol...

edit I couldn't find that name in the user registry ? and I am not sure of the designer of this image, I found it on the net a very long time ago so I am not the designer but I rarely if ever see it out there around the nets.
