ATS Was Not Hacked, Attacked, or Otherwise Messed-With

Lot of odd goings on as of late, must be a strange planetary alignment.

One of the messages said something a problem with the internet host provider, yet the site was still accessible.

Only certain static pages, here and there, with the ATS main forums page being but one such example.

are you certain it wasnt someone trying to hack it, cryptome was hacked a few days ago.

I have to say that it was very cool (to me) the graphic and message that popped up telling us that things were in the works and that we could still read threads but not make posts.

Reassuring, to knowl that things were still under control, just temporarily on "ATS lite".

Thanks SO for the quick restoration. There are those of us that really depend upon ATS for our noon break yeehaw.

Just an idea for the future but you could create a status page on a separate host that reports the status and gives super moderators and the site owners a place to leave info about outages. Just an idea!
