ATS Was Not Hacked, Attacked, or Otherwise Messed-With

As most members know by now, there was an extended hard-outage of about 45 minutes today, followed by a longer period of the site being in the "read-only" mode.

Since the first-reaction is often something of, "did ATS get attacked or did TPTB take them down," I want to assure everyone that the issue is a rather mundane networking problem at our hosting provider that effected several sites exactly as we were effected.

The problem appears resolved, and we're slowing bringing things back to normal.

Nice job fixing it all up SO.

Sure was an interesting chat session for a while.

Glad to see everything is up and running and working properly again.

Boy am I happy that you cleared that up right away, you just prevented about 50 threads, with claims that ATS was hacked, or taken down.

BTW, everything looks great.

I'm kind of dissapointed. That would have made for a VERY eventufull day at ATS!

That happens to everyone, still a great track record for up time.

One of the messages said something a problem with the internet host provider, yet the site was still accessible.

Im so glad ATS was down (for my own selfish reasons). Got lots of reading for school done

Things seem different now though one thread i went into was everywere with text overlapping text,not sure if its my browser but had popups i never seen on this site before too,as i said not sure if its my end?

Good for you, I was out for a few hours and missed it all, good thing as I have enough aggravation in my life, not really.

ZOMG RUN!

im started to miss the old ATS now ... the new profile scares me .. i hope its not yet finish
