Well, "unemployment insurance", which was born from the Federal Unemployment Tax Act, which was begotten by the Social Security Act is where we
precisely find the tax in which your employers pay on your behalf for the system.
Now, for those that think our Social Security system is a fantastic thing and is not drowning in red-tape and red-ink, please take the time to review
the following site. It is an eye opener to realize that a free people allowed this monstrous Act to become law.
SSA.GOV
Go ahead and stop watching I Love Lucy reruns or sitting on the edge of your seats panting at who is going to be the next dancing star and read this
nonsense. Try and make sense of it. Realize how deep and how complex they made the system to not protect you in your old-age, but rather enrich and
protect themselves throughout your whole life while working. Go to volume II and just look at the Table of Contents. See the magnitude in which the
Social Security Act expanded beyond that which the framework of the Constitution lays out.
Realize that the beloved President Roosevelt attempted to "Pack the Court" when this legislation was trying to be passed to disregard any
jurisprudence in terms of separation of powers. He wanted to push the number of Justices up to 15 and flood the court with judges that were favorable
to the legislation and not beholden to the Constitutionality of the law.
Realize that once that failed, he took advantage of a war, in which allowed him to be reelected numerous times thus giving him the ultimate
power....to outlast a majority of sitting Justices and then replace them with those that favored his politics, again, not the Constitutionality of his
politics. (Note, I have no problem with the number of times he was reelected, it was lawful and at the hands of the people and electors.)
If after all that you still think you haven't been hoodwinked, them that is your prerogative and I certainly do not look down upon you. I will just
continue to show you the facts that the Social Security Act and by extension, the Federal Unemployment Tax Act have mortally wounded the United States
of America and unless you can show me on paper how we can sustain the amount of unfunded entitlement/welfare programs we have, I retain my stance.
