All these "rallies", on both sides, further the false left/right paradigm shoved down our throat by TPTB & MSM....meant to divide and confuse those of us that are awake!

I think I've seen enough to figure out why Obama opted for Camp David instead of attending this fine gathering of all sorts of neato organizations.

Why do people think these "rallies" actually matter?

Most people who went there, have no idea why they were there, or what the issues are, or have any bright ideas about how to change things.

They just show up and expect the government to cry out in fear once they see 10K people out on the lawn.

That's not a protest.

Look at the Vietnam Protests, now those were protests. Hundreds of thousands of people taking a stand, with people who KNEW what the problem was and how to fix it.

Beck and all these other schmucks who make these things are just there, as the above poster said, to further the left/riight seperation paradigm that IS the universal problem of the United States.

Yes, you are right about expecting the idiots being elected being able to adjust things, that is what YOU and I are all about. We are the catalyst that is needed. We need to exercise our rights and inform others of those rights.

The thing is, that if you sit down and talk to a person from the "left", you will find they support many types of individual rights, albeit traditional "liberal" rights, such as abortion, drug legalization, etc. When you do the same with a person from the "right", you will find they want state/federal intervention as much as the "left" person, only to serve their purposes.

Political parties are there to divide us and keep us occupied with petty arguments. Whilst those in control from both sides secretly high-five each other, because we are not focused on the major screw job they are ALL putting on us...both sides...

Yes, there is a MAJOR problem with me helping with the left though.

They do not believe in individual property rights.

They do not believe in individual labor. They think that my labor should be shared.

That is something that I CANNOT ABIDE.

Something that I will not compromise on.

My first question was..

Whats the One Nation rally? I've never heard of this.

I have heard of the Restoring Honor rally, the Rally to Restore Sanity, and the March to keep fear alive.. but I've never heard of this one nation rally. Looks like some sort of socialist party.. or something.

I was looking for about two days to put this thread together.

Do you know how many times I caught them using pictures of the Beck rallies or other rallies?

To date, about 25 times. Heck, the rally itself was using the million man march pictures to promote this rally. That in itself made it hard to find the pics.

Thank You for this Saltheart. S&F for you. Well if I have to choose between Becks rally bringing the nation together under the principle of pretty much being neighborly and trusting in each other, with no political agenda involved. Or the communists rally of the 1 Nation rally which is what it was supported by communist wanna be Americans then no problem Becks rally is the winner in my book. Once again thanks OP.

It is sweeping statement. I don't intend to imply that everybody is of the same mentality and that they are all clueless.

People however, are easily influenced, especially in times of despair. People are angry and yes most people are waking up.

The problem is that they have no idea where to place their anger or efforts to make positive change. These sorts of events mean nothing unless unless they are organized and attended by informed individuals who have coherent and practical plans for solving the problem.

People just show up and complain now. They offer no real solution to the problem.

They see all the superficial problems and none of the fundamental ones.
