Bout damn time, imo. They can save money on prosecution and incarceration for weed, and all the fools smokin in public will add $$ to the budget.

I guess the point I was trying to make is, this isn't anything new. The only thing I'm surprised about is California being so late to catch on. I do agree however, it's about damn time.

While the information is good, the way it was introduced here is why I believe ATS for so long prohibited the discussion of illicit drugs.
