I have to admit, that is pretty dam cool.
I did a quick Google search for this tech and came up with a couple of videos but this is the best one.
Haven't been able to find out much on how it's achieved though.

Thanks for the awesome vid though!

That was pretty cool and I can imagine all kinds of interesting potential. I do not really have anything too useful to add so I just wanted to give it a bump so hopefully others might see it.

not a hologram just a projector, still pretty cool though, the new age of projectors i guess, until holograms are invented.

the projecter obviously has laser beam abilitys, they probly use this to determine depth of what it is projected on like a range finder would deadonoptics.info...

and the rest is just width control of the projection to give the illusion of depth
