Michael Moores film is now in theaters. I know its going to be a hot topic so I posted this 8 hours before its in theaters. Have you seen the movie? What do you think of it? Im going to see it next Wednesday. Are you? Its rated R. I think its going to be a good movie even if you dont agree with any of Mores opinions.

Farenheight 9/11 was the no.1 movie in theaters this weekend.

Thanks in part to the controversy started by Disney, Moore's film will undoubtedly see a larger audience then had Disney just Shut-up and release the film in the first place.

I would love to see exit polling after the film to see just whom is going and what thier responses are.

I'm so excited to see this movie. Did you hear he recieved a 20 minute standing ovation in Cannes for the movie? That's incredible.

Neither of the two theaters in my town will show the movie. The owners of these cinemas are afraid to offend the Republican leadership. A sin of omission is a sin none-the-less. Censorship by intimidation is censorship of the worst kind.

In this "free and open society" of our's it appears that the only one's who are free are those who agree with the ruling class. The average cititzen is screwed again!

Canada looks better and better with each passing day.

But then again, if we lived in Canada, we couldnt be grouped with Moore and the rest of the people who hate America but still live here.
We'd just be bitter.

I don't "hate" America, I hate American arrogance. I hate short-sighted imperialist goals. I hate waste, intollerance, greed, and corruption; all hallmarks of our current Government, and not just by Republicans.

Canadians are much more accepting of a cooperative role in world politics. I already live in an area that sees five months of winter and the only thing holding me back from emigration is the thought of six months of winter.

I just watched it, and it was to say the least depressing. For the first time I actually felt for the people that lost their lives in the WTC. At the time of happening I couldn't care less, people die all the time.

There was a scene in which two millitary personnel were recruiting people. They approached it like they were selling a product. Their audience were below middle class. People would join. The same people would then die, with family members being left with the grief. People don't seem to understand that being a marine has the price of death attached to it.

It's not like a game, there are smells, dead bodies on the fall, and people dying every second. It was priceless when the marine overboard said that Iraq did not threaten the states, Iraq posed no threat to the states, and Iraq had no involvement with 9/11. Stuff like that makes you want to live in a fantasy world. In the end who is it that we should blame for the countless number of deaths. The situation is confusing to say the least. Either Bush is covering up important information, or he really is just a pitiful human being.

Sorry Ivan,,
I'm an atrocious speller as well. I've been told that poor spelling is out of lazyness or lack of respect/concern for the reader. Pashaw! I say! English is such a confusing mish-mash of languages and dialects I find it compulsary to use a spelling resource: www.onelook.com...
This doesn't work like a spell checker but it sure helps when the word you are trying to type; just doesn't look right.

Surfer,
Please explain/compare the parties in Canada with those in the U.S. You guys have a multi-party parlimentary form of Gov?
