It never ceases to amaze me that Russia still thinks it's relevant in the modern world. This sort of project would be unrealistic coming from the US, sure, but coming from Russia it is just a joke.
I mean, really, who are they kidding?

Russia is the biggest country on Planet Earth by a mile which means it has fantastic resources to invest in the space project that other countries including the USA can only dream about.

Wow. That's pretty cool.
But, if Neil Armstrong claimed he was seeing E.T. back in 1966, and all of those ex-military are are claiming that E.T. or UFO's were messing with our nukes back in the 60's, what does this mean for tourists who are going to be star-gazing practically the whole time?
Do you think the date 2016 correlates in any way to an upcoming massive disclosure/appearance?
Anyway, just thought it was a cool subject. Wanted to hear some thoughts on it.

Or perhaps all those ex military and what not making the claims, are just part of the bigger disinformation and misinformation project going on, and there's actually nothing to see up there in the way of aliens and alien spacecraft?
Just a thought, putting it out there.
Why just consider one side of the coin, when there are two?
