WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Bush administration won't have to reveal secret details of Vice President Dick Cheney's energy task force before the election, after the Supreme Court ruled Thursday that a lower court should spend more time sorting out the White House's privacy claim.

In a 7-2 decision, justices said the lower court should consider whether a federal open government law could be used to get task force documents. Even if that court rules against the administration, appeals would tie up the case well past November.

Once again the Cheney and the Administration are refusing to release more records. This time it is regarding the Energy Task Force records. This I do not agree with. The worlds energy is running out (Especially oil) and we need a solution to the problem. It appears Cheney and his boys know the answer and is refusing to release records on their findings.

What is the Energy Task Force?

This information is vital to the survival of our planet and the Administration is refusing to tell us what they know. I firmly believe the government does not care about it's people. They're doing this for their own survival. If they cared so much about us they would certainly release them in my opinion.

If Cheney had to give up his documents, all those pre-9-11 oil-grab plans would come to light. We can't let that happen, now can we?

Hey that would be good. Then the general public would know the real truth about why we went to war with Iraq. Most people still believe it's about WMD's or terrorist. Not oil.
