The residents of Colorado are going to be voting on creating an Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission, based out of Denver, Colorado, as a ballot was recently approved!!

In Colorado, a local Denver Resident by the name of Jeff Peckman, recently got enough signatures to pass his ballot, that will be voted on in November. This initiative would require the city of Denver to create the world's very first Government-controlled extraterrestrial affairs commission, that will research and study UFO's and Beings from outer space..

This information comes directly from a creditable source, The Denver Post. Here is the link: www.denverpost.com...

Here are some quotes from the article:

"The duties of the commission would include evaluating the risks and benefits of potential encounters with extraterrestrials. The city also would have to publish on the city's website evidence and testimony regarding extraterrestrials on earth."

"If the initiativepasses, the mayor would have to appoint seven members to the commission, three of whom would need graduate degrees, and another with an M.D. At least one would have to be an expert "who had consulted at least 100 people regarding their alleged close encounters with extraterrestrial intelligent beings."

I thought it was interesting and figured it wouldn't hurt to let everyone know, what has been happening in Colorado! It might be for a bigger agenda, or connected directly to the government, as being implemented by them without it looking that way... Either way it's something to put your mind around.

And...here...we...go!

Another piece of the puzzle to form the bigger picture. It's all going according to plan.
High five, space brothers! We shall meet soon once again!

Something is rotten in the state of Denver. I can't name a single place on Earth that has more questionable activities going on within it's borders outside of DC, NY, and London.

I know this has been said one to many times in the past but, I feel now, more than ever, the puppeteers are building the population up for something. When enough puzzle pieces get put together you start to get an idea of what the picture is.

There is no doubt in my mind, that there is something going on at the Denver International Airport location, besides it's use as an internation airport!!! There is soooo sooo many wierd little hints around the airport and I know there has been about a hundred different threads, in regards to just this airport. So many links to the mayans and the masons, it's ridiculous. Besides the sole fact that we never really needed an airport upgrade in the first place, as Stapleton was just fine!

I have been a Colorado Native for all my life and I truly do think Colorado is being setup, as a very prime location for something massive, in accordance with our federal government!

An embarrassing black-mark for Denver. This has nothing to do with some secret "powers that be" plan to start having the "bricks fall in to place" so they can reintroduce you to your long lost "space brothers". Please, give me a break. Instead of raising your conspiracy hands to the sky and proclaiming this to be good news for your desires and beliefs.....just take one moment, that's all I ask, to check out the ignorant morons behind this.

If, after checking out the fools that are behind this and you still think this is a good thing, well then there is no hope that this subject will ever be taken seriously.

Who said we think this is a good thing and who said we believe in anything particular? Did I say I think Colorado is the center for a new world order...? NOOO! Did I say i think Colorado has a huge underground military/ commercial complex... NOOO! It is as simple as this; I am letting the people of ATS know that there is a new intiative in Colorado, being the Contact Commission or whatever you want to call it. I just think there is something going on in this state. It's actual pretty wide open, at this point! But thanks for your pathetic two cents bud!

Peckman did the same kind of thing for the City of Denver in 2003 to "increase the level of peace," a TM sort of move. It failed to pass. He's also developed the "Metatron" which is supposed to protect you from harmful electromagnetic waves, kind of a high tech tin foil hat. He's also a supporter of Stan Romanek if alien in the window fame. It will be inyteresting to see how many vote sthis measure garners, but I wouldn't hold up much hope for its passage. last I heard Peckman was still living in his mother's basement (literally).

They don't have enough to do than to waste time on fantasy.
I know Colorado is planning to take over Disney.
Calling all Orson Welles-es we need you in Colorado.

it's name is Bluecifer and it symbolizes the pale horse of the Apocalypse ...ie: a zombie biological epidemic to decimate the US/world population.

Folks, this is NOT some government initiative. This is on the ballot because a private citizen, jeff peckman, got the necessary number of signatures to get it on the ballot.

In this case, Jeff peckman. the same guy responsible for the infamous peaking alien video.

Denver is not a state, it's a city. Just thought I'd clear that up.

Anyway, I wasn't planning on voting, but this one thing might be worth it!

It may be backed by public but that gives me more reason to doubt it has an official means of doing anything productive.

The fact that they're claiming to require so much... how will we know they've really done their homework with those who they hire to find proof, display it, and not turn it any one way?

Personally I see this as an easy way to further provide the public a path to claiming extraterrestrials are evil and malicious, breaking down our logical defense barriers and going into primal defense... I guess if it passes, their findings will be interesting, but must be watched very closely for any signs of manipulation...

Does Denver want to attract people that want to get in good with aliens.
Did this all start with UFO sightings in the Denver area cause they don't
have digital cameras or know about youtube like people in Pennsylvania
and nothing has been seen of UFOs for their concern.

That might be the cause or a sure sign that something is amiss.
Back years ago two young men headed off to Denver because they
heard there was no requirement for car insurance.
Look what happened now a blue horse and no sign of UFOs.
So where is this alien agenda coming from,
Wait a minute, is this blue beam territory.
I'll check some leads.
ED: No dice. Youtube messages from a closed account are no longer
available.

Can't understand why some of you bash this new initiative. I think it's GREAT!
This should really go viral in order to finally push forward to find out what's really
happening with UFOs and extraterrestials. They do exist. And not just in a far far away
star system. I'm sure from the evidence (just have a look at e.g. NASA's STS-80 mission)
they are HERE, too.

As I believe a formal "disclosure" by the governments of this world will not
happen any time soon... WE can do the disclosure by supporting the research in this
field. Hence, we should be supporting such initiatives. This is very important IMHO.

Cheers

Denver UFO Ballot Sightings – Denver’s Initiative 300 Calls for UFO Commission

November 02, 2010 01:49 PM EDT
One of Denver’s ballot measures is about UFO sightings! The Denver ballot, Initiative 300, calls for the formation of a commission to investigate UFO sightings. If passed, this new branch will be called Extraterrestrial Affairs Commission and will force Denver city to have a link on its official website for people who wish to report UFO sightings. Wackadoodle? Perhaps but the fact is that some people, including astrophysicist Stephen Hawking, genuinely believe in aliens.

Wow, looks like it is true. We'll see what happens in Denver.
Wow, she's hot. Wonder if she's an ATS member?
