We just got breaking news out of Austin Texas, where gunshots have been heard coming from a library at the university of Texas. Reports have indicated that someone brought a gun to the Perry-Castañeda Library at the intersection of East 21st Street and Speedway.
University spokeswoman Rhonda Weldon stated, “The first report I got was that there was an armed suspect in the Perry-Casteneda library. Now I’m told by campus security that the individual has shot himself on the sixth but I’m not there yet so I can’t confirm that.”
There are reports of a gunman being found dead in the library of the University of Texas in Austin following a shooting incident.
How did they manage to get a gun onto campus? I thought security measures were stepped up after previous shootings.
