This is a clear case of a cop using his badge to do whatever he wants. A car backs up and taps his bumper and he gets out and unloads over half his clip? God bless the USA! Check out the very last link about the cop at a fast food place pepper spraying a girl for HIS mistake. Hilarious.

It is disturbing the least, if I wanted to invade the US, and want to propagate hate towards the US government, I would collect all these little facts, and exaggerate it, like they did with the Taliban.

That is what they do, the propaganda was so heavy, and it was so easy to manipulate people after 9/11, that people still think about Taliban as barbaric maniacs.

Yes they committed barbaric acts, but heck the US police force has committed those barbaric acts also, and not to mention the military, and the intelligence agencies.

Very disturbing.

I noticed it was a video, and just in case a fatality was involved couldnt bear to watch it. Did he kill the one who tapped his bumper accidentally in a fit of rage or not? Firing 9 shots doesnt mean the same thing as shooting someone 9 times, or does it? Did he?

No he didn't even hit the guy. Just thought it was crazy he would be so quick to use his gun. Must have been watching Worlds Craziest Police Videos right before his shift.
There is a vid of a kid being tasered off his bike from a moving cop car. The kid falls off his bike and the car runs over and kills him. It doesn't show the incident but just explains what happened.
