Explain to me the implications of this document.

It implies NOTHING. If you can read and comprehend English, you can see that this story is bogus. I am pretty confident that you have read over it now a few times and understand that it's bogus. Come clean. There is NOTHING on that document that shows, indicates OR implies that Obama had citizenship from a foreign state.

you need to find the citizenship law that was in effect when Obama was born as that would be the law any court that would hear a case against Obama's citizenship would have to use. the law you posted and quoted was passed this year.

In 1968 the U.S. did not allow dual citizenships.
to attend school in Indonesia at the time Obama had to be a citizen of Indonesia. Obama became an Indonesia citizen the second his stepfather adopted him or claimed him as his child under Indonesia law so Obama could attend school.

Obama's mother might not have known at the time that under Indonesia law that her son was a Citizen of Indonesia because of the actions her husband at the time took but ignorance of the law is not an excuse.

Also because her and Obama's step father was married either before they went to indonesia or after they went to Indonesia. Obama's mother also became a citizen of Indonesia because of her marriage under Indonesia law.

So once again ignorance of the law is not an excuse. the only question there really is, is did she knowingly committed fraud or not?

It does matter if obama is not a citizen! if no one cared, why not make the tyrant dictator of north korea president then? its about globalization, and corporations manipulating things, as it all started with some Reagen guy form Meryl lynch, telling ronald reagan to 'hurry up' in 1980, during a speech. thats proof enough what the agenda is all about about/ bankrupting the middle class so the the wealthy elites can rule over us, telling us what we can and cannot have anymore, so they can get richer*
If he isnt a US citizen, then i would view this as treason, and those in congress beforehand , at leat the democrats, knew about it. thier turning america into a 3rd world country.

BH, are you questioning the authenticity of this document? Because so far, you have done nothing to prove that this document is a fake. Not a single thing. NADA.

Now the conclusions reached as a result of presenting this document, are opinion. You have yours, and I have mine. So stop claiming this is a hoax, because you have said nothing, or shown nothing that determines the document to be a fake.

It indeed used to be the case in the US that you couldn't hold dual citizenship (except in certain cases if you had dual citizenship from birth or childhood, in which case some Supreme Court rulings -- Perkins v. and since Obama did attend school in Indonesia (his enrollment form has been posted on ATS numerous times) we know he held Indonesia citizenship. Also explain how he could travel to Pakistan on an Indonesia passport while in college IF he wasn't a citizen of Indonesia.

I'll wait for your explanations.

By that logic, we can rest assured that Obama is a natural born citizen because he is president of the US. To be president of the US, you have to be a natural born citizen.

SHOW ME THE CITIZENSHIP DOCUMENTS. His father writing "Indonesia" on a form does not prove his citizenship!

oh great. well thats great talking points for a republican win.. is it me, or does this keep going back and forth.? 4 years from now, a dem will come forwards with damning evidence against a republican, which will cause the government to grind to a halt, so they can figure it out. meanwhile, we the citizens get the short end of the stick,. nothing gets done for us. politics have become an elitist cat fight, that just goes around in circles. Don’t you think your statement is a little warped? Did you ever think that if the Dem’s did not break the law in the first place then they would have nothing to worry about? It is like stealing someones care and getting pissed at the cops for arresting you. duh!

I don't know, but I would have thought if there were even a hint of a question about Obama's citizenship; there would have been "SCREAMING" coming out of the republicans before the elections.

Now, some of the "birthers" are saying, "Well, they were all bought off."

If this be so, why don't these same "birthers" raise a lot of noise about the republicans involvment in a "great conspiracy"? After all that would make them as guilty as any of the democrates and Obama himself of election fraud. This would mean a lot of people going to jail.

LOOK ! We had an election and somebody had to lose. There will be another election and someone will also lose that one.

In the picture, Obama is registered under the name Barry Soetoro by his stepfather, Lolo Soetoro. The school card lists Barry Soetoro as a Indonesian citizen born Aug. 4, 1961, in Honolulu, Hawaii. His religion is listed as Muslim.
