I have a friend that has told me that his girlfriend is now the owner of an "alien" body that was found in the superstition mountains of Arizona in the 1980's. Upon him sending me pictures of it, I thought I would come here and post what he showed me to get more info on this possible find, because I could not find any information on it when i googled about it.

Dude, if that is real, it's freaky

It is hard to say from the pic, but it does look kinda rubbery or plasticy.

It is some interesting pics though, i have never seen that before

S&F

Also it is hard to geuss the size of the critter from the pics. Any more details?

a russian fish found in the arizona superstition mountains? Im pretty sure that wouldnt happen. and I dont know about you, but bats dont look like that. And it looks rubbery because its almost 30 years old and was in 110 degree weather for however many years until it was discovered??????? thats why im guessing it has that texture.

although that fish is similar, the heads are totally different. Along with the wings

If you have a look at the two side by side there is quite a difference.

However both are some what amazing, any idea what yours was said to be???

MAC269.....

You gotta read the article in the paper carefully......it's about the "alien".

The article states the "alien" was found in the Superstition Mountains or whatever, but the picture doesn't match the dried up thing.

"Is' like.....wos' goin' on bro...? Is sa hoax bro' ...?"

:shk:

Hasnt whatever it is been turned upside down? Those are its ears you can see in 4 and 5 and its spine.

That looks very familiar to me. It looks like dried fish.

Dried fish is a common thing. It tastes really yummy too.

It looks like what a fish put in a food dehyrator would look like.

That is my opinion. If you have more evidence to back up the fact that it is something else, let me know.

Edit to add: freelance, yup, you found a fish match! Kudos to you!

Dear Maybe...maybe not

I can’t read most of the text in the news paper it may be my computer or indeed my eyes. However agreed the photos do not match. If indeed it is a hoax it seams to be done very well. I sure as hell would have said it was a real something, what is another matter as there is a lot of weird stuff out there.

Having said that who was the circus guy over there in the early 1900”s who have the mermaid???

Dear Maybe...maybe not

Similar but have a look at the head, the one that Helghast1 has two horns while all the others the head goes to a point in the middle.

The pic in the OP has been sliced in such a way as to give the "creature" what looks like pointy ears

It makes perfect sense to me.

yep, definately a guitar fish.

looks like someone scammed that girl...hopefully she didn't pay much for it.

add: looks like someone mutiliated it to make it look more "weird"...but it definately matches up

google guitarfish and you will see both front and back match it perfectly (except for the cut out bits)

Dear SolarE-Souljah

Ok pointy ears then but I have been looking at the two photos side by side and to me there is a fair bit of difference. The neck the ears as I said a good hoax if that is what it is.
