I came across a post at

urbansurvival.com...

This is George ure's site, with his daily check on the collapse of america. Not to push the site, but here is a clip from where the wealth is distibuted in america. Good luck on your nine to five!

This is from by Professor G. William Domhoff (you can read the rest of the material on the site)

In the United States, wealth is highly concentrated in a relatively few hands. As of 2007, the top 1% of households (the upper class) owned 34.6% of all privately held wealth, and the next 19% (the managerial, professional, and small business stratum) had 50.5%, which means that just 20% of the people owned a remarkable 85%, leaving only 15% of the wealth for the bottom 80% (wage and salary workers). In terms of financial wealth (total net worth minus the value of one's home), the top 1% of households had an even greater share: 42.7%. Table 1 and Figure 1 present further details drawn from the careful work of economist Edward N. Wolff at New York University (2010).

Note the percent that is slowly moving from us to the elite over a few short years.
Good bye middle class. Soon you will either have, or have not.

What say YE

The earth is the LORD's, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it

Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me.

But when the tenants saw the son, they said to each other, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him and take his inheritance.

How about...
the riches of the unrighteous are stored up for the righteous?

It's not going that way at the moment, or maybe there are no righteous left

Whoever has the Gold, makes the rules.

your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.

I don't think the OP meant to bring religion into the topic.... I'm guessing he is talking more along the lines of financially or politcal.....

It looks like we need a very steep tax on these 20% to even things out. Too bad they won't let that happen. If it does happen, they have lost control.

I think the problem is greater than that.
Rich people send their kids to private schools which teach them how to keep their money and make it grow.
We sit in front of the boob tube and are inundated with commercials telling you if you don't have a 45 inch tele that somehow your inferior. So instead of wise investment, we turn it over to them, one paycheck at a time.

Percentile has to come into play also, we actually have I higher percent of our total capital in the hands of the rich.
(article here)

and that's scary, because the power displacement is higher.
Given also the higher tech standards here, the ability to create a police state to benefit the elite is also increased

AAP August 12, 2010, 9:29 am
Youth unemployment hit a record 81 million youngsters worldwide last year with the economic crisis, potentially breeding a "lost generation," the International Labour Organisation said on Thursday.

The youth unemployment rate grew twice as fast as for adults, by 1.1 percentage points in two years to affect 13 per cent of 15 to 24 year-olds in the global labour force in 2009, an ILO report found.

"This is the highest number of global unemployed youth ever measured by the ILO," said Sarah Elder, author of Global Employment Trends, adding that the growth was also unprecedented.

In the United States, youth unemployment rose by eight percentage points to 18 per cent over the period.

add to that, last month 40 million people in america alone needed food stamps to make ends meet.

Plus they fudge the unemployment figures...once you are no longer collecting, that number is removed from the stats even though you still don't have a job.

It seems to me that America has always been and is a business enterprise for an elite class.
Of course the elite are those who get there first; mostly White Anglo Saxons and a few Jews. The white elite are separated in the eastern elites, with a few Jews skattered amongst them. Then you have the western southern branch of the elite—connected to the so-called conservatives.

The business interests of the elite are paramount to the foreign, and monetary policy of the US.

This has been covered up by the phony tradition of “freedom” that supposed to exist in America. Freedom only exists for the elites business intrests--we are all but their slaves.
