Norway to open new military mountain complex

Apparantly to address increased Russian military strengthning in the Arctic.

Its a former cold war command and control bunker;

reminds me of that letter to the people of the world from the scandenavian legislator talking about the underground shelters the goverments are building to house the survivors of mankind in preparation for some catatrophe that is looming on the horizon.
(I think it was a norwiegan guy)
