"Korean Internet users have launched "Hacking of Fury" attacks on a website, Ogrish, which is trying to obtain and spread the video of Kim Sun-ils decapitation. This site posted the unabridged video of Nicholas Bergs beheading in May. The site enraged Korean Internet users by posting an advertisement looking for video of Kim's decapitation when Kim was kidnapped"

I personally am not interested in this video but if ogrish posts one up, I don't think it has done anything but try to reveal the atrocious acts that these terrorists commit.

Ogrish has a notice about it on their site, along with a warning.

Launching personal attacks on Ogrish.com is taking the law into your own hands : a method of action much like that of the terrorists.(Cyber-Terrorists?) We trace all IPs and will prosecute any attacks to the full extent of the law. Ogrish.com is not encouraging harm to Kim Sun-Il or anyone else... in fact, we are trying to discourage it by showing the reality of how evil these terrorists are. Ogrish.com is merely trying to keep the public up to date and provide the reality of the violence that goes on in the world.

Thats a fine spin, notice that they have also pulled down some of their advertising. After being linked in a forum to their website regarding Kim Sun-Il being taken hostage, I noticed the headline "Kiim Sun-Il beheading coming up?"

kudos to the Koreans! What a disgusting site. And I don't think Ogrish should count on the S. Korean government assisting too whole-heartedly in tracking these people down.

So it's OK to attack a site that you do not agree with? Yes it is a pretty disturbing site, that's why if you don't like it you don't go there. It seems that it was OK when they were showing the Berg video so that people could use it to show that it was a psyop but now they should be hacked because they want to show the Kim video. Seems hypocritical to me.

Duke...

actually, No, it's not alright for me. I don't believe I would ever do that. It's apparently setting well with them though!

p.s. I've never thought the site was "okay"...and shortly after the first time I went there I realized that and haven't been back.

the beheading video of Kim is still on the site. its better quality than the nick berg one but still suffers from the same horrible camerawork. how many tries do they need to get it right? anyway i can only watch it with the volume down because its the sound that gets me more than anything.

Kim Sun-il Execution Video Strictly Banned on Internet

The Ministry of Information and Communication (MIC) said Wednesday that it has entered into an emergency monitoring system to close down any Internet site that uploads the video footage of Kim Sun-ils execution, in case it circulates through the Internet.

**link removed**

Thats the link to the brutal execution. Why is this video of the execution prohibited but Nick Berg's wasn't?

It's impossible, I just downloaded the video. I'm surprised how quickly the beheading is done. Then again I downloaded the smaller version, it is a sick video but it is happening. Anyway, back to what I was saying, it is imposible to ban that video, you have hundereds if not thousands of web sites showing it, then you have the P2P programs like Kazaa and Morpheus.
