Whatever thread that was, PNAC (Project for a New American Century) is one evil neo-con thinktank organization that ingratiated itself into the Whitehouse after the 2000 election theft and that has been a source of the US's woes from a long time before. I wasn't posting about Rings. If PNAC holds one of the rings then I am not playing.

Place where rivers run together is a confluence, can't remember if there is a word for more than one of these in the same spot. Searched ATS and BTS for confluence, nothing unusual, worth remembering though. Place where ALL rivers sun together? Sea, ocean? Already tried looking for posts on Chinese seas, nothing worth looking at.
