My belief from reading a book called The Hunt for Zero Point by Nick cook - Non fiction, is that this is German technology. I also believe that the Germans were still active after the end of WWII and these were the first sitings in the US. I think German saucers were flying up and down North America between the north and south poles and South America. This is also what was responsible for the fly over of the Capitol and Roswell. And then in time we developed them ourselves soon after with the German scientists we had taken after the war.

Well this would lead to the question of where did Germany get the tech? This tech is too advanced to have just appeared.

Obviously the aliens know where those nuclear weapons stock pile sites are. They may even have the capability to detonate them by bypassing the due electronics circuit procedures which is a scary perspective because it means that those nuclear nations are in grave danger by having them in their country.

If you know what this means, you should realize that you are living at the mercy of their benevolence. If the aliens are really bad guys, none of us should be alive at the moment.

You just hit the head of the nail that has aware people in the government scared to death. Advanced civilizations have the power to basically make us destroy ourselves with our own weapons.

Where is your God who sends these angels to disarm us? arent we approaching very severe times? so why dismantle our weapons? to avoid God's wrath? lol it is inevitable in the prophecies the end time are approaching.... so what is the logic in disarming the human race? Someone really tries very hard to discredit the conference on Monday 27th.

Well, it does seem that Maj. Eric D. Carlson has a different memory of events at Malmstrom and of Oscar Flight than what Salas said happened.

Who's right? I don't know.

But it seems like the person who was there (Major Carlson) may have a more accurate account than a person who wasn't there -- AND he isn't selling a book or making money speaking on a lecture circuit.

I think this is one of many steps to tell the People the truth at this Press Conference next week.
The media Mainstream will cover it and that fact that they are Retired now and are willing to go Public is an important decision being made .

Retired or not the pressure in mounting on the United States to come clean on the ET and UFO front.

After reading hours and hours worth of internet sparring (nice word for what it actually was) between Hastings and James Carlson, Hastings is way ahead in the debate. He's got tons of first hand witness accounts, and government documents confirming the events. Carlson is just trying to protect his daddy (good for him, I would too) The nail in Carlson's coffin was his insistence that Figel denied everything to him, then Hastings posted the actual phone interview with Figel talking about the events...

why would anyone feel compelled to discredit Sallas on the level of magnitude that was shown at the link four posts above mine?

Why not discredit him when his book was published?

Lets be serious here. We all know that nothing is going to happen after this event tomorrow. It will not really make the news, so, unless you are into the subject, you won't even know anything about the conference. I will watch it, as i am interested in ufo's, but nothing will happen

All National Press club luncheons and speaker presentations are only open to Club members and congressional staff -- not just this particular one. The Press Club is a private club, not a news organization.

People who belong to the Press Club pay their dues to belong, and the speakers they invite are paid speaking fees. I really doubt the speakers collecting the speaking fees really want the whole world to see their lectures, or else there would be no reason for other organizations to pay to have them speak to them.

Walt Figel, who I assumed was in Colorado, can of course attend the press conference. He might learn something. I have added him to the non-media guest list. I have already printed up copies of “Witch Hunt” and will be distributing them at the event as needed. So, if he does show up, and decides to change his story–for whatever reason–he will be up against his own tape recorded words. That would be interesting. I think the media would love *that* story.

I was reading through that yesterday. For someone who wasn't even there, and apparently knows more "facts" than those who actually experienced it, I am surprised he has gone this far to discredit Salas and Hastings.
