yes there was enough concrete in those towers to pave a 4 lane highway to the moon. but pile driving produces very little dust.

Sure. You understand how the inside of that thing was done, right? You've got a sort of steel pan structure for each floor into which concrete was poured to form a floor. And the pan thing was clipped into the supports. When the heat weakened the clips, the floor structure below the break just let go, crashing down onto the next one, shearing it, then another, another and so on. You've got a LOT of concrete that's just being piledriven by the floors above, and that's where the dust mostly comes from. Although there's lots of other crap in there. Like gypsum.

Do you have experiences with dust clouds so that you know it is "not possible?" On what do you base your opinion?

The positive benefits being the important part. However, such a technology would indirectly prove how much of a farce most of our military's expenditures ( and operations ) are!
