Back in '02, on the year anniversary, I was in 8th grade and I remember thinking (or it actually happening?) the firemen, EMT's, and policemen all
throughout the US should hold a moment of silence and turn on their sirens for something like 10 seconds or so in honor of the fallen.
It was more less me being amazed and loving the unity of the united states, I guess, and still affected by the tragedy. That was back before I knew
what I know now and before all of the conspiracies. It was a devastating event and even until this day, those who died should never be forgotten - and
I'm sure they won't.
Still bugs the heck out of me to see the pictures of the people jumping out of the WTC out of pure hopelessness. That day sucked.
