Pokagan Band Of Potawatomi Powwow

I just went to this Saturday. It's over Sunday evening. I had a great time. It's a competition powwow but you can still dance inter-tribals. There are many vendors, different kinds of food, and fun for the whole family. Here's the link for further info:

I've only been to one Powwow in New Mexico.

I highly recommend going to a powwow for every race and culture of people. I am a quarter native and I have attended about 10 powwows in my life and I've even danced in one. Native American Indians are very welcoming people and they have no reason to shun anyone of any other race from their ceremonies, nor do they ever. Its a freeing experience and I highly encourage anyone who has an interest to attend one.
