i'm still getting used to it and looking around, but i learned a few things just by reading through this thread. Thanks members for asking the questions, thanks mods for taking the time to answer them.

Gee, mal has officially come out of hiding and questions mode. Well, I like it, I have a good feeling about the complete version. Gee, what's this feeling i'm feeling? Could it be excitement? Who nows.... Anyway thanks guys for the makeover, i'm digging the pretty blue, hehehe. +hugs so+ yay!

I normally HATE when websites change their layouts and other options or features on forums (esp. Facebook and MySpace).

However, I completely LOVE the change in layout for ATS! The site is much easier for me to navigate and I actually get to see all the different forums available to research.

I LOVE THIS LAYOUT! I LOVE THE CHANGES!

Whoever was responsible for all this hard, tedious work . . . THANK YOU to ALL OF YOU!

The ony thing I miss is the "MY ATS" link being readily available without using a dropbox to get to is. That is the ONLY 'complaint' I have about the new layout.

The old one was better, just my opinion.

Niv, you could always see the other forums if you went to "home" or "recent posts".

Regardless of how I was able to see them under the previous format, I LOVE this new format. It's much more user-friendly for me. Maybe not to other people, but it is for me.

The toolbar at the top is larger, so it's easier to see and use, which is also a plus in my book.

You can make a shortcut in your browser? Just an idea...

Small request: can we get the "top" button back?

Just a little message to whoever designed the new drop down menus and layout etc.

People in general find change (however small) difficult to deal with, take heart in all of the positive posts you have received in this thread.

Being a web developer / graphic designer / artist or doing anything creative can be a very disheartening task as people will always criticize your work no matter what you do, for most people anything that is different to what they are used to will result in an instant negative reaction.

If you feel that you can change ATS for the better then good for you! Just keep believing in your own abilities, take peoples criticism on board (but not on a personal level) and don't be disheartened by anything negative that you read.

I post this from the point of view of being a graphic designer / web developer / self employed general media whore and know that it is very easy to take peoples criticisms of your work to heart.

PS Getting a web site to behave properly in IE a platform that more or less ignores agreed on international standards is a difficult task, keep at it!

You are doing a pretty damn fine job from my point of view

I have been using the site as much as I can tonight and as I said earlier I really love it. I wonder if it would be possible for the user to tone down the color of the buttons like how we can already change from light to dark for the overall site look.

Its late did I make sense? I don't know...I sure like the way its changed after getting used to it. The changing colors are so neat its really like ambient lighting you never get sick of.

Someone said earlier it just looks like an ad until you get used to it. You could always spill your coffee on the keyboard real quick. I have sacrificed two laptops doing this technique.

I was just kidding you should not flirt with women if you are married.



P.S. What does XD mean? Am I XD most people say LGM?

the message pop up and blue bar at top are just so horribly huge, looks really cheap

The site looks amazing and the different colors on the sides of different pages are great. If I could make one small suggestion , and I think this is very important , The home page top 4 thread listings are almost lost and dont draw the eye to them nearly as much as when they were in the four panel box layout. As this is the first page that most people see when entering ATS , I think this could be a very important detail. KK Again , the site looks fantastic thanks SO )

Personaly change are good to upgrade stuff up
but some details should stay the same to conserv the old good looking popular ATS unique style
ATS was already awesome good looking site
so dont modify it to much

changes like this.. some people might simply go aways because they dont like the big display changes .. it modify the brain routine ahah

im talking about the menu bar and the front page news box
the rest you can modify it .. but respect the ATS COLORS
the buttons are so big and so green lol
you should modify that to match the olds one
it would be perfect

since these new modifications .. i discovered the ATS chat box lol

on a side note: I had to block the cons. chicks ad up top because everytime I tried to reply to this thread something was layered over the reply box making me unable to type some msg, instead everytime I clicked on it I got sent to a video of the cons. chicks
