Factions for worldwide control

I believe there are two warring factions vying for control of the planet.

The basis is from the website Rumor Mill News.
Both factions seek a one world government.

Faction two wants to preserve rights, sovereignty, nationhood.
Faction one wants all world citizens to live under one world government control of rights, religion, and other slavish agnda.
