Col Muammar Gaddafi has warned that Europe runs the risk of turning “black” unless the EU pays Libya at least €5 billion (£4.1 billion) a year to block the arrival of illegal immigrants from Africa.His remarks, made during a controversial three day visit to Italy, were condemned as “unacceptable blackmail” by Italian MPs, who likened the demand to the protection money that mafia gangs demand from businesses.

I have to agree with the man,if european countries expect him to guard his shores and country they would want to pay him something,but for that type of money he would not want to let one person through!! 5 billion a year though?? It would be cheaper put a shoot on sight policy in place,lol then nobody would want to come!

The funny part about this is that with the birth rate of whites on the decline and the birth rate of middle eastern/Indian immigrants up, Europe will be brown in a few years anyway. Of course, they don't like black people either, but the difference is they won't have any money to be extorted out of, because they will have dragged Europe back into the middle ages.
