A California man was brutally assaulted by violent thugs in his own home after being treated by paramedics for falling and injuring himself.

The violent street thugs used a State issued torture device on the man declaring “you said if you had a gun, you’d shoot yourself in the head” – Which obviously means the man needed to be electrocuted repeatedly in front of his wife until nearly unconscious from pain.

After being throughly electrocuted, the man was then kidnapped and taken to a State run dungeon because he resisted being kidnapped. Eventually, a sane rational person found out the man had been kidnapped and sent help, freeing the man from his captivity.

To protect and serve.

Watch the brutal video here.

ABC News reports:

MARIN COUNTY, CA (KGO) – A Marin County man has filed suit against the Marin County Sheriff’s Department for an incident in which he says law enforcement officers went too far. Peter McFarland was Tased inside his own home as his wife watched, begging officers to stop.

Wow. Add mental health care and 72 hour suicide assessments to the long list of atrocities that are being imposed upon the mentally ill in this country.

What barbarians we are.

If mental health care includes electro-shock therapy, count me out.

How is it possible that I continue to be shocked?

90% of the population are retarded and the sad reality is that a lot of them wear badges. There are good police as well but not as many as there used to be.

Seems Marin County has had multiple instances of police brutality over the months, years...

People need to start emailing and calling these people on the phone and ask them what the heck they think they are doing, and ask them if they want to invite the real wrath of America on them for abusing authority..

How can they be good police when their enforcing broken laws and basically are just tools?!

I mean I don't really mean it to the full extent, but our system is broken. Our laws are designed to serve few not all.

Sad day and age we live in, Or wait no it's basically the same as its always been...

I wonder how someone can be considered to be resisting arrest when they are lying on the floor screaming and convulsing... I don't think I would be very coherent while I am being electrocuted. Would you?

Believe it or not, I was seeing bits of this vid on Fox news today.

Jack-booted thugs, oh yes. Between this and the new oil-rig explosion I'm just beside myself. What a f*@%ed world we're livin' in. My God!

I have long held the belief that tazers make lazy cops...A long long time ago, a police officer had to use his brain to reason out a situation, to talk down unstable individuals, to assess threats. Tazers have filled that big gray area that used to involve brainpower and logic. It's getting to be a bigger and bigger problem over time, as police become more comfortable with pulling out the tazer. Also, the perceived need to use a tazer has expanded as well.

Tazers were originally billed as a substitute for lethal force, in situations where lethal force wasn't quite needed...For example, a combative individual who doesn't pose a lethal threat to officers or others. (Note that 'threat' is still an active factor in that sentence) Perhaps a fleeing violent suspect might warrant tazering.
Nowdays, anything from peaceful noncompliance to being at a protest march can get you tazered.

Thank God that citizens and cities are starting to wake up to the 'dark side' of Tazers! From the little bit of research I have done, citizens across the country forming groups to help ban tazers from their cities' police forces. Some city councils and police commisions are also saying no to tazers.

We the people have the final say in how we allow the police force to police us! Find out if your town has a ban-tazers group, if not, start one!

Ok I do not agree with him being tased more than once. I am an EMT on a 911 ambulance. You can not say to ambulance crews, fire depts, or police, threats of suicide or bodily harm, end of story. You will be placed in custody and taken to the hospital for a 72 hour psych hold. No hyperbole, no joking, nothing. It will be taken seriously. That is a huge liability issue for EMS crews. He may have thought the deputies showed up uninvited. On almost every 911 call we make county or city police show up. Its to insure the safety of the EMS and Fire crews. He didnt need to be tased 3 times. That is messed up. But he refused to listen to the officers. You can't refuse anything after you threaten suicide.

from the every day brutality like this i see a possible formation of the Gestapo that was formed in nazi germany in the 1930s....and believe me the people of american does not want that to happen. if it does we will be begging for them to bring the tazers back.

Cops today are cowards...sickening cowards with a yellow stripe running down their backs..no guts. In days of old, meaning before the modern militarized thugs came along and cops cared about being public SERVANTS, cops used to walk up to someone they wanted to go with them, take ahold of them, turn them around and cuff them, and escort them away.

But now the thug jackbooted monsters want complete and total obedience, instantly, and they will kill or taze before they will use their hands!! Is'nt it sickening? Why could'nt the big brave coppers just take the man? Why taze him at all? Because OFFICER SAFETY is paramount...above CITIZEN safety by a mile.

People, for some reason, tend to think of cops as braave and running into danger to help...yeah, right!! They get a dozen of them and a few dogs and some full auto weapons and a bullhorn and scream obscenities and ' commands ' which if not obeyed are met with brutal force.

These cops, these cowardly scum, should be fired, sued for all they own or ever will own, arrested and convicted for the crimes they committed, and thrown into a dark, dank prison with the worst gangbangers alive....maybe that would send a message to all the other sadistic scum with badges to grow a pair and use their dainty little hands for a change..

Grrrrrr...stories like this make me want to...never mind.

Not every cop is bad or a jack booted thug as some of you sensationalists like to say. Think about this. How many millions of people are in this country? Then how many are police officers? Then how many police officers ACTUALLY commit a crime while enforcing the law?
Im willing to bet its less than 1% of all the police officers in this country. Let something horrible happen to you sensationalists. The first thing you would be screaming for would be the police and 911. Not wishing bad on others just saying.

Norm Stamper, the retired Chief of the Seattle police, has said that " 99% of all street cops PERJURE themselves on the stand to make a case stick". Your ONE percent is turned around....cops commit crimes every day, including assault, false arrest, brutality, perjury and God only knows what else.

No matter WHAT happens to me, I would never scream for a cop, unless I needed a report taken for something..they are useless other than that.
Why do cop groupies always say that we independent people will break down and whimper and call the cops? If we are armed and ready, who needs a cop?

Cops are NOT professionals, in any sense. true pro's do not ignore blatant misconduct by their peers...what doctor or lawyer would cover up for another one and risk it all? Only cops have that ' all for one' mentality that helps cover up their crimes.

I could list dozens of stories about bad cops and them getting caught...but anyone that is awake knows that cops are awful..and this story proves it.

I watched this video yesterday when answering a post re: LOT arrests at the Bronco tail gater party by the Denver Police.

You say that he was tased because he commented about suicide and once being tased was acceptable. He had just been treated by the medics for falling down his front steps and messing up his leg. He said he was tired and had a few drinks and was making snide remarks. Personally I do not find that this situation called for tasing of any kind.

The medics were still there when the cops decided to pull their "game" of you do what we say or we will hurt you, you have NO rights unless we say so, we are the law. (btw, heard those words verbatim at one point in my life). Was it so difficult for anyone to speak with the man's wife or the man himself, without escalating the situation to the point it reached?

Do medics and javelina(cops) still receive training on how to speak with those they are treating, or are they just supposed to treat those they are to protect and serve as if they are mindless idiots??

Everyone has lost their sense of humour and the ability to make informed decisions....it's so much easier to just jump to conclusions (another word for assumptions) and we all know what happens when we assume. (makes an a**out of "u" and "me")..then again, just my 2cents.

Im trying to understand your guys reasoning on this. Do you have other proof or statistics besides one retired police chief? Has this happened to you? What created your hatred of cops? Internet propaganda?
Coming for a combat arms military background. The police I work with are very proffessional. I live and work in a rural county. So they might have a better attitude than big city police officers.

"No matter WHAT happens to me, I would never scream for a cop, unless I needed a report taken for something..they are useless other than that.
Why do cop groupies always say that we independent people will break down and whimper and call the cops? If we are armed and ready, who needs a cop? "richie rich

Have you ever feared for your life? Fought for your life? Killed for your life?
I have feared and fought for my life in Iraq and in the states. Seriously have you ever been in that situation? I understand some people are completely capable of protecting there life. And some only in there minds. Which one are you honestly?
Dozens of stories does not equal all police officers being jack booted thugs. I am not in anyway a cop groupie. But I have enough of an open mind and critical thinking ability to see. That not all police officers are good, and a very small fraction are the ones that are bad. Thats the way it is with everything in life though.
