I actually got this from the news this morning and it completely amazed me.
This is a an old sport from India. It's not considered an official sport there but it's still practiced. It dates back to the 17th century. It's
a sport called The Mallkhamb and it's a sport that is also done by the blind. Amazing.
This is what they say the art of the Mallkhamb is about.
This art is about feeling and understanding the strength and balance of one’s body,
I think this is awesome. I guess having been a dancer I see this differently than most. It makes me think about where pole dancing really came from.
There really is an art to the pole no matter if it's these guys or dancers who enter contests. This stuff isn't easy, it's take skill and I agree
with the art behind it. You really have to be one with your body and the pole. Sounds stupid to some but I really believe it's an art form and I'm
glad to see it's been around for a long time in this form.

I like the move where they make it look like they are gonna fall and then catch themselves in midair...thats slick.
I know my mouth about hit the floor at some of the things they did lol
I liked the last guy who put his leg around his head and balanced at the top and then dropped. That was nuts!
