No, there is no audio. ETA: there is sound during interviews, so it comes and goes... Cop says "Asian male who's concerns are with the Discovery Corp."...

Well yours truly was just stuck in the traffic caused by this ... James Lee is the guys name by the way, at least that's what they said on the car radio and he's apparently strapped a propane tank to himself.

Apparently Lee thinks human's shouldn't be on the planet, that it would be better off.

Is there any feeds with details and audio you know of?

I can search for CNN, AlJezeera, etc. It would all be over before I could get one. Just thought you would know one off the top of your head.
