I am very aware of the history of Iraq, and I am very aware of the sanctions, but I go back to the say, Iraq is a very wealthy nation, when it comes to his natural resource (oil) and it could have been better, and yes we can blame Sadam and the UN. Now for the people of Iraq that are the victims their most precious resort has been so far to them and evil rather than a blessing.
