I was attending service yesterday and after listening to my pastor's message I honestly thought about how many people on here have the complete wrong idea about religion and more specifically Christianity.

I saw some uncomfortable people in the room during this message (me included) because it points the heart of what Jesus was saying to God's people - we will be the first to be judged... quit being a hypocrite.

Here is a link to the message audio file (we run them up every week for people to listen if they weren't there on Sunday).

There is a very short "drama" presentation at the beginning (30 seconds maybe) that they've included this whole last month to demonstrate what kinds of "difficult people" we encounter every day.

I guess I felt like listening to this I wish that more Christians were more vocal about this stuff instead of allowing our desire for comfort drive our actions and behaviors as followers of Christ.

Anyway - hope you get something out of it - I sure did.

'Ladies and gentlemen, the Holy Spirit has LEFT THE BUILDING (churches).' Happened in Judaism, and now under similar sin, has happened again. Story of mankind. History repeats itself. Those not called out, are kicked out by Satans people on the 'board'. Babylon has become the haunt of all kinds of demons, and they have gravitated towards positions of power and influence in govt and churches. Ifn you are not called out or kicked out, perhaps you should do some
Bible reading to discover if you really are a Christian. There is a massive ongoing phenonmenon of 'home churches' going on, and also 'missionaries' going out without any missions group or church. They are having a profound influence today, as revivals have in the past. History repeats itself. Once again, the Spirit has left the church.

There's always one out of the group that thinks they are better than the rest, huh..? And that person would be.........you!

Yay!

Good on ya' for taking the time to re-evaluate your own stance as well as your 'brethrens'...it takes an open mind, and you don't find too many of those on either side of the fence.

Believers and non-believers can take something from this...

Gregarious,

How true that the Holy Spirit has left the churches and now they are "structures". Church is where the High and Holy One can be present and wants to be but He cannot be present where error is being taught. "They that worship Him must worship Him in Spirit and in Truth". (His own Words Jn. 4:24) The so called churches now all have a "theology" for all they preach for the most part. Truth cannot be mixed with error as then the whole thing becomes corrupt. Their theology makes the so called church a structure of their own cobbling. The True church and Christian are His and His alone and He is plumb jealous of His Bride, the Church and those that are of it. She and those of her can not and will not go out a whoring after another master. We must be critical to get to the truth of His desire for us and it sure isn't gaulding. We become free in Him. We find a rest those outside will never know unless they also come inside to Him. We must surrender all and He gives peace and rest and eternal life. That's the bargain of the ages.

Thanks for the wake up thoughts.
