Clear Chemtrail Skies

The "moratorium" was preemptive. The group that wrote that "press release" misinterprets its intent.

Preemptive, in the sense that it is saying that NO projects that are so far only theoretical shall be instituted in future planning, save for by International consensus. Which is what I've been saying all along.

There are no ongoing, current geo-engineering "programs" to "stop". Maybe a few very small-scale tests, on occasion, to assess viability of various ideas and proposals. A lot of what's really been happening has been inside computers, though. Computer modelling, and using data gathered from observations and measurements. THAT should continue, I would think. Amassing more and more meteorological and climate information is all helping to keep adding to the "big picture" of a very complex, and dynamic system, our Earth's weather and climate.

However, even with this "moratorium" we are STILL (inadvertently) creating geo-engineering of sorts. Every gasoline (petrol)-powered vehicle you drive, every lawnmower with an internal combustion engine, every jet or propeller airplane, ever diesel locomotive, semi trucks, ships at sea, etc;....every factory that churns out pollution and waste heat into the atmosphere, and the waterways, ALL of that is continuing, as part of the side effects of our various civilizations. And, it isn't going to stop, is it???

Cumulatively, ALL OF THAT has far, far more impact than any (future) efforts that may be put forth by scientists. The actual results of some [i]intentional (even if well-intentioned) "tampering" or "adjustments" are still too variable to know with much certainty.


Now....after this much-vaunted "moratorium", months from now, and you STILL see normal contrails that will form, when the SAME atmospheric conditions favor other cirri-form cloud formation, and the SAME weather patterns exist, as they have for billions of years (or, at least as long as Humans have been observing the weather), virtually unchanged in the long view of the cycles.....when it STAYS THE SAME, what "excuse" or "claims" will be next??

Well, at least this is one "conspiracy" (non-conspiracy, actually) that only hurts the ignorant, and the gullible...those foolish enough to waste their money buying books on the "topic", or any other items associated with this hoax.

It is the innocent that I feel most sorry for, when they are "taught" something that's completely bogus, and learn "fear" unnecessarily.

I am well aware of the wording, thanks, I did learn to read quite well some time ago.

I am also aware and familiar with 'diplomatic speak' and 'innuendo' - they all know this is going on illegally, so they aren't going to say that in a statement. The message, however, is clear. We shall see. There is also no guarantee the psychopaths will comply - just like Israel flouts UN guidelines, and just as US and UK used DU in Iraq.

The only way you'll stop seeing 'chemtrails' is if rich folk stop flying.

I'm not aware of any way in which you'll see geoengineering of the upper atmsosphere any more than you can see the sulphate particles produced by large volcanic eruptions. If you can show otherwise, pray do......

In another ATS post, ATS themselves were wondering if the ATS forum is for some reason more intensely targeted by people who have nothing better to do than to fill the forum with counter info. As soon as any poster posts something about any form of anomaly they've seen or heard of, most replies are not about what the anomaly might actually be, but the majority of posts are about how wrong the first poster is and how there is no anomaly at all. in short, there haVE NEVER BEEN, ARE NOT NOW, OR WILL NEVER BE ANY CONSPIRACIES IN THE FUTURE,. OOPS, CAPS LOCK. Well, I agree with the posts saying this is a waste of time. Since too many counter posters muck up the constructive dialogue here, I understand why many serious posters decide to go elsewhere, since We get tired of constantly hearing that what we see isn't there and that everything is absolutely normal. so let me pretend to believe all these lies: The USA is NOT a privately owned company, it's a free country. And there are no UFOs, every UFO ever observed has been seen by hallucinating people with poor eye sight. And Most Importantly, there are no chemtrails. It doesn't matter that simultaneous reports come in from all over the world, with photos and videos and even stop time footage, and hundreds of people are collecting the fallout particles and their analyses show there are both dangerous chemicals, dangerous metals, and most recently, living organisms in the fallout samples, ALL the thousands of people around the globe who are reporting what their eyes tell them that they see, really aren't seeing anything att all besides absolutely normal things, and all the fallout test results are faulty, because, if I and the rest of the very concerned people were even the least bit onto something that was actually even a bit unnatural and even the slightest bit dangerous or unhealthy, our kind government, and governments and high ranking military all around the world, would surely inform us right away that something unnatural or bad was going on, and then they would of course stop doing the bad things immediately. Am I right? Or IS there really something bad happening, and all the posters telling us we got it all wrong, are just saying we're all wrong because they don't want us to find out the real truth? In this forum, the no conspiracy exist posters win, but in other forums, we just might find out what the hell they are actually doing, what they are actually spraying, and what the goal with the whole world spanning plan really is!! Seems to be the case this year as well... i noticed your post date... they stopped spraying completely the same exact week in june this year as well...

The non chemmie trolls on this thread barking over and over repeatedly like we are some kind of sheep farm animals that chemtrails do not exist... there is solid video evidence of actual employees bragging about their jobs at the actual weather modification buildings at airports on the clock ...posted online now a days... with various details and even speak of area projects...dont even bother to ask me for a damn link... look for yourself its called google...and weep ... I understand if you work for some of these chemtrail companies and all and are payed to troll on these forums... but please quit with the nonsense... you guys are poisoning our damn earth and are so brainwashed with your "non toxic" safe for the environment crap you probably sniff your own farts like south park characters... just saying.. stop trying to CON everyone who just wants to learn about what the heck they are seeing in the sky... im sick of it ... it truely makes my blood boil.

Of course, every year since I have been watching chemmie sites, each summer without fail, they talk about how there must be less spraying, and then each winter, they talk about how much the spraying has increased.

Understanding that summer weather is less favorable for contrails, and that winter weather is more favorable for contrails, can not actually be that hard.

My Prediction is that you that believe in chemtrails, will see less contrails in July, and more starting in October
