Is it an online game?

its got single player and multiplayer, there are tons of mods, some of the mods are persistent state worlds with different setting...

I love the Elder Scroll games (Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion) but have never played WOW or any other online MMPORG...

Given that info, would you suggest this game to someone like me?

Absolutely its nothing like retard MMOS


this is sorta like Oblivion but it has the BEST real time combat of any game I've played ever!

Its kinda sandboxish too you can do whatever ya want its not linear story driven.
