I don't know how much specific technical knowledge you possess on the subject of genetic engineering but even with the extremely limited knowledge
that I posess I can guarantee you that simply "spraying genes" would not lead to a spontaneous super-humanization of inflicted areas. Maybe that
works in comic books, but...
Aside from the technical problems mentioned above (why this obsession with spraying when there are so much other, way more plausible means of
deployment??) you seem to have an extremely anachronistic view of Genetics. You don't really have one specific controlling gene for every feature -
and even if that was the case and we would have completely understood how certain features develop it would not be a simple case of just designing
those genes and then puffing them into someones face...
"Hey Billy, look - there's Chemtrails in the sky again." "Oh noes, I wonder what they will bring today? Yesterdays batch gave me superhuman powers
but I'm really afraid of the dumbing down genes that are rumoured to going to be sprayed"......
