The only thing he is endangering is the dirty little secrets and questionable tactics that the US government and the war machine do not want the public to know about. The only thing that is endangering the troops and the security of the USA is the tyrants who are running the USA. It is long overdue that the people know what is going on and that those responsible finally be held accountable for their lies and deceptions.This "rape" charge is so predictable and shows the sheer desperation of TPTB to discredit and shut him up. I imagine that this will be all over the MSM very shortly. I wonder if the key to the insurance file will be released now. I sure hope so.

I am assuming that in in Sweden, in cases of rape, charges can be pressed without the victims consent.

Assange has responded in an email to Aftonbladet , the newspaper that hired him as a columnist..

Even though some of them may be years old, someone can make a profile on how the military functions. Where do they go for information? What techniques do they use? What demographic is involved? Etc... You can also trace military other behavior patterns from such information. Questions such as: Does the military take frequent stops in this or that location? What time do they visit a certain tribe? What type of weaponry do they carry? Who are they talking to? Mainstream media only gives you small pieces, which cannot be used to make a strategic counter plan.

....assuming the rape allegations are not true. And if they are true, he had to know it would come out...all the more reason to believe these charges are indeed of the "trumped up" genre. You`d think by now he would`ve found them and paid them off or at the very least, choose a different person to be the "face" of Wikileaks. Because its not like he could just HOPE to become famous AND a famous enemy of the USA GOV, and not have this come out eventually... So, there`s just too much (at this point) that doesn`t make sense about this. One charge was "molestation"? So what does that mean in that area, that the woman was under legal age of consent at the time? Ya and they just stayed quiet until now? Nowadays, if the guy and girl meet at a bar, get blackout drunk and go screw like monkeys all night and wake up and the girl doesnt remember every detail and is surprised that she would willingly have sex with someone who wasn`t a millionaire or didn`t look like brad pitt (yes, honey... you WERE that drunk. i could refresh your memory if you want me to tell you some of the things you said last night. does "oh my god your way bigger than my boyfriend" ring a bell at all?) then they can try to make you believe that you somehow took advantage. I think half the time they just PRETEND they don`t remember everything so they can act all innocent the next day. The whole male/famale relationship is being destroyed by the fact that women have been tricked into thinking all kinds of crap that basically replaced love with superficiality. Well, I guess guys feell for it too cause they are stumbling over eachother to get the right job & car, clothes, etc. so they can get the fakest girl they can find who will leave them when someone twice as rich come along. There would be no prostitutes if men weren`t willing to pay. Men wouldnt have to pay if it werent for superficiality. Free love is the only love.

I absolutely agree with the people who said he'll be extradited. They'll arrest him for this, and these allegations will never amount to anything, he'll just be brought to america.

The police probably cracked the girls during hard Interrogations as the Swedish police do in false rape cases when they know that someone lies.

Kudos to the smart investigators at the Violent Crime Department/Division of the Swedish police!

At this point in the overall game, leaking the 'insurance' plan will only destroy Wikileaks. Once Assange is in custody of any authority, the game he is playing will be over. Checkmate.

So just because it may save lives later it's ok to leak info to the enemy that will get the people who are there now killed? Thats like says the ends always justify the means. If the government really wanted this guy he would already be taking a dirtnap.

I knew this was going to happen, but rape charges didn't make it on my list of possible scenarios that they would use to bring him down. The spin on this story is heating up on MSN and will escalate into a full blown witch hunt. Character assasination is their tried and true method of bringing down anyone who stands in their way. my deep regrets & condolences to poor children (pentagon, cia, especially to their owners) -- they've not had a brain to solve actual tasks, just run about with useless tricks, & entomb 'emself into own sh#t it's so simply to recognize: Julian is only instrument to pour down necessary info like Matt was -- they can be killed, jailed or whatever else done, but that's no matter because real player is behind them, & will use another units to finalize so successful game
