Well the only thing I know of that alters massive weather is HAARP owned and operated by the Pentagon. What does this tell us. Did the fire from Russia really come from our hands? I sure hope not. Do you see tensions growing from Iran fueling issues and Russia's help in fueling the deal?

Andrei Areshev a renowned Russian Scholar and the deputy head of the Strategic Culture Foundation warns that the current devastating fires raging throughout Russia could have been triggered by American weather weapons what is now becoming the infamous HAARP Technology.

He is currently the chief advisor to Barack Obama and it has been argued his book “The Grand Chessboard” was the blueprint for the Neo Con agenda for a new age of American Imperialism as written in the infamous zionist think tank “Project for The New American Century”

Brzezinski is an agent of the New World Order having been part of many a secret society and organisations from bilderberg, trilateral commision and council of foreign relations. For those who are still not with clue on what this means, well he is commonly known as a member of the Illuminati, the free masons or what ever name you wish to give them.

Brzezinski writes about the importance of central asia (Islamic Khorasan) the occupation of Afghanistan and Pakistan to sustain American Way / Zionist way of life for another century. He talks about encircling China and containing RUSSIA and diminishing the rise and influence of the EU.

Expect this to be the new wave of weaponary as the 4 principle factors are not working :

1. Disease Pandemic - The first group affected always dies later group develop immunity to the pathogen thus making them immune.

2. War - Someone will always refuse to fire and will lay down arms in a conflict they do not personally agree with.

3. Terrorism - Someone will always stop the killing of innocents to be guaranteed a voice on the world stage.

4. Homicides - There will always be a group of people who rally for peace and in most cases actually get it.

So that leaves us with the following :

5. Weather Weaponization - Put a gun to someone's wife and kids and watch how fast they push that button, Easier to centralize, control and disperse.

HAARP is one of the greatest threats to humanity.

Remember the recent 6 month long string of quakes? All placed near high value secuirty parts and all near or in the region of foes. The perfect weapon as no one knows it's in use even if it is in fact in use. No way to defend against it. The pure essense of total and complete vulnerability. Anyone can be leveraged at anytime, anywhere on the planet. Inflict torturous conditions meteorogically and you could rule the world hands down.

What these idiots who employ this fail to realize as for every action there is a reaction and too much action creates a recoil that blows the planet up and if so wouldn't that defeat the objective? Equal perpetual balance must be constantly maintained. We hit ourselves every now and then so that no one is none the wiser.

The US admitted that it had a special squadron in the 1960s, that would seed clouds in the mountains of Vietnam that would flash flood the valleys with ten feet of water in hours.

They made the exact same claim about this "new" ability a couple of years ago, sans the Vietnam part, like it was new news.

I've read some articles online that claim we've been in a covert world war for many years. It's said that Russia has been using weather manipulation and mind-control against the U.S. and other countries for decades. Supposedly the first known instance by the CIA came from reports of high-incidence of illness at the U.S. embassy in Moscow. The story goes that readings were taken, and they found high levels of radiation, and sourced it back to a Russian military location. Apparently since then the U.S. has been researching this technology to provide defense and offensive operations to counter our enemies strikes.

This may explain a whole range of events, from floods, earthquakes, and more notably, droughts and other conditions which are leading to crop damage worldwide. I go back and forth thinking that we're being bombarded with various mind-control technology or not. After hearing of the above reports, I started to think maybe this is layered, and Russia has put up a field which is making us all ... depressed, crazy, and the likes, and the U.S. has implemented a counter layer to make us all blissful, or something to that. I see that most people seem to have a degree of bipolar these days. It could easily be attributed to many other things, so what do I really know? Still interesting to think about.

No one can control earthquakes. No one can control hurricanes.... No one can control mother nature. If we could control these things, then we are gods. We can stop looking for god, because he is you. Doesn't make sense does it? If we could trigger earthquakes, or hurricanes, that might be possible, but we would in no way be able to control it. And we wouldnt be able to specify where it would occur either. We can't play god. Believe it or not, all the NATURAL disasters of the past decade, were actually natural, caused by mother nature. Not the USA. Why do we blame the usa for every single thing that happens? If I stumble and fall, am I going to blame the usa for putting down a trip wire? Seriously.... grow up people.

We know the science of how a hurricane is formed. All that's needed to do is control the circumstances that create the path of a hurricane. Pretty sure this only has to do with a few things like, high/low pressure currents, and sea temperatures. I don't put it outside of the U.S. OR Russia OR China's ability to do on a black-ops level.

Perhaps it's lame to you because you just can't see it as a possibility ??

Even the Australian government has played around with weather control & modification.

They were and probably still are cloud seeding. They were doing it over some areas were it snows in the state of New South Wales, and had managed to artificially increase snow fall by 25%. This was in the mainstream news as well mind you.

A couple years ago there was some big parade in Russia attended by world leaders, something to do with WW2 or 1. The forecast was for rain.
The Russian government sent in the airforce, who did some cloud seeding, and suddenly there was no rain or clouds in sight of the city, but instead sunshine. Perfect weather.


In China such experiments went wrong, and resulted in massive flooding the likes of which China had never experienced before. That is probably the cause of recent floods as well, either an after effect of their past experiments or a continuation of their experiments.


This technology exists. You can bury your head in the sand, but it wont make it go away.

Cloud seeding is a long way from creating earthquakes though, isn't it?

The technology has barely changed since before the 50's too.

Tech wise we are so ahead of our capabilities of the 1950's. We know how to create, steer a disaster.

Anyone find it odd that during Katrina it went from a Cat 2 when over the Atlantic and was upgraded to a Cat 4 by the time it crossed over Lake Okechobee? We mastered cloud seeding before the John Glenn launch in 1962. The US Dept Of Defense declassified a report from the Vietnam era that we made it rain during the monsoon season.

The fires in Russia are quite suspicious to me as well, additionally some of the bizarre weather patterns that have happened over the past year or two have also puzzled me.

I personally believe there is something going on. I don't think it's global warming -- though I believe it exists, and I believe humans play some role, I think the exact degree of the role we play is exaggerated, and the degree of global warming on our climate is exaggerated.

According to an article from the BBC, which ironically pre-dated climategate, it was believed that the hottest year was 1998. Here's the URL: news.bbc.co.uk...

I never said anything about cloud seeding leading to earthquakes. The examples I gave were about the weather.
This thread is about the weather and it being used as a weapon.

In February 1998 or 1999 it went from averaging 30F and shot up to 100F for like a week then dropped back down to 30F. I can't find the report but it did happen. 100F in February.

Beijing, PRC July 2008 they seeded the clouds so that there was no pollution during the Olympics but the next day after the Olympics packed up and left town the pollution haze returned.
