Where was this Falcon Project thing built?
Is it Palmdale Plant 42 or Edwards AFB?

Interesting! I wasn't aware they had tested it; but then I've not really followed aircraft projects for some time. As to your questions I've no idea but I'd imagine it would be somewhere secure but not necessarily secret. Which doesn't help you all that much
