You are not moving anywhere in RV, its all data received and you select the data sets you want.

[edit on 18-8-2010 by Spirit Warrior 11:11]

I think that is still open to debate. To me projecting your mind seems more logical then just receiving a datastream. As logical as you can get with this type of topic ofcourse

The physics of RV is not clear or proven.

I do however agree that electro magnetic radiation would not influence RV.
That is on a whole other spectrum. It could influence your brain if there would be electromagnetic interference where you are physically, but the electromagnetic circumstances of the RV target would not matter, since the physical brain is not there.

Did you ever see the Movie BEASTMASTER with Marc Singer??? Do you remember how he tapped into the hawk using the hawk's eyes??? Well, basically... that's how RV works if you're the target/hawk.

It truly is a double-edged sword.

This has been one of the best reads on ATS for
me in a long time.I no very little about remote viewing other than
what i have read on swan and the Russians techniques.
your well informed alien, and the OP also.
seems we have a couple of true masters here!
i take a bow to you.
I would be a willing student but your far to
advanced for me.
maybe a book you could recommend for a basic understanding
of the techniques involved would be great.

Open to debate yes. After you delve into the RV data quite deeply one can come to the understanding that we don't ever really go anywhere. This is all a thought-form illusion. It exists, but doesn't. It's all data.

I have a great lecture speaking directly to this by PhD. Thomas Campbell (physics). He set up the labs at the Monroe Institute for Robert Monroe. He understands this other 'world' we are speaking of in terms of science and physics. The best parts are in the middle to end but you have to listen to it all to make sense. This is definitely not a boring lecture, its very interesting and will blow your mind toward the middle through to the end. He explains RV as well.

Some here may not know but the military and SRI Remote Viewers were required to visit Monroe Labs during their RV training. They go hand in hand.
Lecture and Q&A at the very end of the series

Thank you

I knew someone was missing from the list of people I was going over...

Side effects

named-
B to b12 missing

I would love a link to these post

headaches-
I cant argue but would also love links to this if you have them...

I will vouch for these

Diet-

agh cant argue- left over from military- the right gas in the car makes it perform better...
I am still not giving up my cheeseburger

I intend to try and cover more in my thread...

There are quite a few books. It all depends on what you are looking for. There are mostly stories and anecdote books like "Remote Viewers" which is a pretty hearty book by a third party. Jim Marrs does a fair job investigating and reporting a good story of RV. Joe MCmoneagles books like "Remote Viewing Secrets" have excellent tips on the details of performing RV etc.. Russel Targ (SRI scientist) has a couple good books. Ingo Swann's book "Penetration" is a classic and reads like a true sci-fi. That one you will likely have to find online. There are pdf copies around because the books rare now. There is more as well but once you get a baseline you will find a writer which resonates with you.

B-12 was from a cost to coast interview with Ed Dames. I'll have to look for the exact date. Dames claimed this was found during the SRI research.

Headaches is a personal reply from myself when I seem to over-do-it. I think that is a reaction to longer periods of use. Like overusing a muscle.

Thanks for the book list my friend.
ingo swann's sounds like a good
place to start.
he was part of the military's stargate
programme wasn't he?

Forgive me for sounding ignorant, but what is the difference between remote viewing and astral projection?

Astral involves travel with the astral body. RV is projecting your mind, or receiving data streams.

You don't sound ignorant, you want information before you judge, thats the way to go in my eyes

I enjoyed reading this thread. The things to watch out for and some ancient history. Alien was really on the money in so many ways, to be used unselfishly in a positive way. I haven't read books on it or even knew it had a name, till I was much older.

I have done is most my life, never looking for Lotto numbers nor have I ever charged. I have suffered one side effect- depression. But that was a cause and effect of my results. No training and I do it within minutes, so what I believe causes side effects is over concentration. Possibly over use.

It does weaken my mind If I "see" for over 10 min. But I recover fast.

I haven't a clue what to do with this gift. What do you do with it?

Have fun. Looking at things that interest me.
You might want to explore space a bit, i find that the most fun.

I need help from a remote viewer in aiding to find who initiated the gangstalking upon me a year ago or so. I need a name and circumstance as to why. I literally was just being yelled at by the voice to skull device theyre using on me daily, sometimes they take breaks, but its usually that im under arrest, they claim to be police, fbi and nsa, they sound very militaristic and mind manipulating, i mainly just ignore them when i can.

TY for the suggestion-
I have never remote viewed without a pic- to go there. So after I wrote that comment I pulled up a pic of the ISS.

You know like a test, I did my thing and two min. later I able to see ...
I don't know when it was, at that second or in the future.

It was interesting to be able to go there. However what I saw (I am sure they have provisions for that type of thing) we civilians wouldn't find out for at least a few years.
I obliviously can't say what I saw- that is disappointing to me now.

But, any thing I saw on the dark side "surface" of the Moon would be fair game, and semi verifiable through online images. I will try it today

Yes let us assume that RV exists.

The biggest cause of problems is that RV has been appropriated from the esoteric framework that it developed in. It is therefore the spiritual equivalent of applying the sliding tackle from soccer to an American football game.

To add to the mix I see in general the side effects of RV is the risk of getting out of your depth. Learning a proper uppercut does not give you the ability to beat Mike Tyson today.

Once you get into RV you act s a light and entities will be drawn to you. Can you deal with them?

Also RV implies travelling in the Etheric hence beware electrical wires.

Interesting input, but you left me guessing. Do you mean the power lines between the power poles? If so, do you mean where I am now, or where I am viewing?

What would be the side effect in either case?

Etheric travel, like the Warriors do, is not the same as RV.
The only thing you need to remember is that other RV-ers know when they are being watched.
It's best to stay away from any gov, unless you really know what you are doing.

OK, TY, I get the metaphor. And I will definitely stay clear.

That would be a definite side effect. I appreciate your subtlety.

I am not trying to scare anyone

It's just that you need to learn how to walk first before you try running.
It is always best to be cautious, in any situation.
