Leadership in the US/ Motivation?

What drives the leaders of the US? Personal interest, maybe.

What interest do you have in others? Wouldn't you be better off just being left alone?

I was shocked to hear that Alex Jones had seen a picture of Henry Kissinger at the Bohemian Grove that showed him in female underwear in a suggestive pose.

Henry Kissinger is a Nobel Peace Prize winner. I met Henry Kissinger and got his autograph before Alex Jones was on the radio.

Also Lady Bird Johnson. Barbara Jordan. Barbara was in a wheelchair.

I'd love to be left alone. That's when I get the most thinking done
But I wouldn't suggest solitude for society as a whole. But it works
for me.

of course they would, if it suits their objectives.
