This has been covered a couple of times before, notable is the Baptist minister who got beat down for trying this exact same thing. I've always been surprised by the mixed opinions about people who challenge these lawless checkpoints. How ironic that for years during and after the cold war the way to portray the "bad country" in movies was to show the multiple checkpoints with the "show me your papers" and now when someone shows how agencies here are stepping outside their authority in this exact same manner that person is labeled a troublemaker by the very people that hang out on conspiracy websites.

First off, the supplied material comes from a blog, bloggers have agendas.

Just as much as the Government has and carries out agendas.

Secondly, he could have avoided all the nonsense, by saying yes he's American.

Now, that being said, the Border is at the Border, not 40 miles inside the U.S.

If the videographer is being truthful of course.

I am not saying he's not but there's no proof of his distance from the Border.

Zero proof, zero evidence, zero reliability.

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/4d0ab0bbc547.jpg[/atsimg]

For all anyone knows this could very well be Arizona practing in advance of legislation, calling it a training exercise, obviously those Border Patrol were rookies, they would not have tolerated his attitude, if they were veteran Officers.

When an Officer gives you a lawful order, like lower your window, you're supposed to comply, not argue, harras, and or disrupt their job.

Personally, the Arizona nonsense, is just that, nonsense.

Microchip in Mexico Law Enforcement

Check their identification at the Border, period, do their jobs, period.

Quite obviously the Coyote's have more gumption, more motivation, and more money than the Border Patrol, so the questions begs to be asked, if the Federal Government quit bending over the border states, forcing them to beg for funds, would those states actually do their jobs, if the Federal Government gave them more funding?

Or is this just politics as usual in trading off allowing Illegal Immigrants through by lackadaisical job performance, mixed with those seen as criminals by Mexico and or Canada, fleeing to America?

[atsimg]http://files.abovetopsecret.com/images/member/7c49045f0b3d.jpg[/atsimg]

If the job is a Federal mandate, Border Security, either give those states proper funding to do their damn jobs, or take the entire responsibility away from those states, and run it Federally, completely.

So, which is it, the Federal Government is not supplying the states with proper funding?

Or perhaps those states are mismanaging their funds verses scheduling?

It could be as well this is all a part of the larger picture to begin with.

What do you think that this was all some sort of accident?

But this is not because you or anyone else for that matter did not know about it.

Many people have researched, dug deeply, and exposed it.

It is because no one did a damn things about it except talk about it.

Information is powerful, but it is powerless, unless there is action behind it.

The right kind of power as in actually, physically, doing something.

Picking up guns, and or talk of that is nonsense, they plan for that.

But by actually being a part of the solution, instead of part of the problem.

Either do something about it, lawfully, or you're wasting everyone's time.

You are absolutely missing the point. He is not trying to avoid the situation at all. He is creating it on purpose to show that the officers are trying to make demands that are outside of their authority. That is rather obvious so... wow.

And yes he does have an agenda. It is to educate his viewers.

Missing the point?

No, I think not, I understand completely.

I got that he's not avoiding the situation.

So, he is a drama queen, creating a ruckus.

It is as obvious of course, I'm not an idiot, I'm just tired of idiots.

On both sides of the "fence", both the Border, and Government.

It is American's fault for ignorantly thinking anything will change.

Without their doing something positive.

Complain, whine, and bitch about the problem.

Instead of going into elected office themselves.

Beging actually standing up for your right intelligently, nothing will change.

Yelling about rights and believing guns will change anything is ignorant.
