Eisenhower hushed up flying-saucer sighting during World War II (MSNBC News)

Today's news at MSNBC shows the British's UFO Files released by the MOD and also reveals Winston Churchill ordered a 50-year cover up of UFO sightings during World War II with military officials which Eisenhower was involved.

Just thinking that finally a cover-up order was revealed in the news and maybe Harry Truman ordered a 60 or 70 year cover up or something on the Roswell Incident?

It does not reveal anything of the sort.

There is a letter in the files, sent to the MoD in 1999 by an anonymous source, stating a relative made the claim. It is third-hand information for which there is no evidence.
