That's not the direction the meteorologist's hands were moving.

Edit: I might as well clarify. >I< said north. She said the wind was coming from the south, ergo it was blowing [toward] the north.

Our sun was orange in washington state because British Colombia decided to have a forest fire (link to local news story )and blow the smoke over the puget sound region. It was not the CME from the sun.

When the eruption gets to Earth, I wonder if Washington State or even more south would be able to see a light show?

Oh well.

Blame it on fires burning to our north in British Columbia. That smoke from distant fires drifted down on northerly winds early Sunday.

Sometimes but I'm not in the habit of reviewing posts for edits before I post. (no need to shout)

It was a north wind. Your TV "meteorologist" is an idiot if she indicated otherwise.

The Cardinal Climax Is Here

Arche Crawford says the stock market will crash in August!

Clif High says there will be a massive earthquake in the Pacific Northwest.

Baseless predictions that have a very small percentage of happening? Perhaps, but my mother told me in the mid-1990s of the "worldwide" earthquake that was supposed to happen in 2010 originating somewhere along the western side of North America, and despite that prediction being based off something equally as baseless...it's my mother.

It's better to be prepared just in case.

I was wondering why the sun was orange earlier in the day and then red around 8pm. Was driving from my house in Puyallup to my mom's house in Spanaway and the sun was red and had "cloud shadows" covering the bottom. Got pictures from my phone...albeit, they aren't worth two sh*ts, but awesome nonetheless.

My only question is...did I jump the gun by cannibalising my neighbor and torching my local supermarket?

read the topic and figured end of the world...now that I read through it, I am thinking the world may not be ending...dammit...gotta move again.

I have seen no evidence other than the first line on the news page...no evidence to back it up though. I don't believe everything I hear without evidence. ESPECIALLY from MSM.
