Not much in this story we don't already know. I just think it is crazy that threats are continuing to be spewed from N. Korea, but they have not done anything yet. Are they ever going to make good on any of these threats? People don't even worry anymore because much like Iran, N. Korea is too afraid to act.

I still think soon N. Korea will attack S. Korea. Eventually, N. Korea has to attack or even less people will take them seriously. right?

North Korea is like that tiny little neighbor dog that yaps and yaps and yaps at you every time you walk into your own backyard. It acts big, but secretly knows it has no bite. When you make that fake lunge at the little yapper next door, it shows its true colors by yelping and running away. North Korea will be no different. This entire country can be brought down in less than 10 days with nothing more than 1 battle group and zero boots on the ground!

They should just STFU and mind their own business!

You know, if they were that concerned, they COULD do what the US does with Iran and just ignore them. But no. They respond. This shows a contradictory nature in that they act like they don't want war but respond.

the reason most countries have nuclear weapons is as a deterrent. the north have tried to use there nuclear program in this way but no one has taken them seriously so we find ourselves in a kind of boy who cry's wolf, they keep making threats and we have the bottle to laugh at them over and over again. my question is how long before they say I'll give you something to laugh about and just go for it out of pure frustration. would you laugh at any other nuclear armed country threatening to use their arsenal i think not. remember its only a threat till it's a promise. there's nothing funny about nuclear arm's.

Well, the North's nuclear capabilities are suspect and their ability even deliver a nuclear payload even more suspect. Furthermore, ANY attempt o even deploy a nuclear weapon on another country will result in the North's complete and total destruction - period!

These folks need to learn that when you are a tiny little man in a big man's world and you act like a big man, the big men will quickly pound you back down. Again, they should simply shut up and sit down!

exactly this, i stopped caring about this a few months back...its getting ridiculous they should just shake hands already and call for peace because this is childish

North Korea and the US are still meeting on the border about resolving issues. So they shoot their mouths off but at the same time, they are doing diplomatic talks.

So come on. What are you gonna believe... their actions or their lying mouths?

N. Korea threatens S. Korea and the rest of the world for that matter, just about every hour of every day.

I don't know what else to say about it. I don't know what I would want the governments to do about it. It can only go bad, so we might as well start getting that skirmish over with.

NK is not tiny little man.

Q:Why war did not go physical ?.
A:Because US and South absorbs all North small bites and China did not want it to happen.

North is always looking ways to go physical, ALWAYS, only China stop them.
For the South prosperity, US and South is ALWAYS absorbs North attempt and regard them as "small".

Its a small price to pay for us to get those leggy Wonder Girls. Remember, the war never did really end, go visit North Korean website sometime. OK ?

Ever since I have been on this site, I have been hearing about N.K talking about how they are going to wage war on the enemy.

Well the UK has a perfect example of this, they are called Police Community Support Officers.

They look like Police Officers and have some of the same training. In fact, we have fired regular Police Officers and replaced them with these Police Community Support Officers.

The only major problem is, they have no powers of arrest.

If they can catch you, they can hold you for 30 minutes until a regular Officer arrives to arrest you, that is, if there is one available because we don't have many anymore.

So therefore, the Police Community Support Officers look good walking up and down the street but can't actually do a lot if you offend or commit a crime lol.

That's another funny one ... one does not know what 'strident rhetoric' is until reading North Korean rants.

They've got fresh one's on a regular basis and it never gets boring.
