Is The Norway Spiral in fact The Serpent Rope?

You would think that there's nothing new in a 2008 documentary! However, i was just watching Timewave 2013 The Odyssey 2, when something in pt3 at 6 minutes-in, really caught my attention:

The interviewee explains the Mayan prophecy of 'The Serpent Rope', which will emerge from the centre of the galaxy in 2012 bringing a god. He then suggests that the Serpent Rope is in fact a Wormhole.

This documentary was made before the Norway Spiral, yet this Serpent Rope/Wormhole theory seems to describe the Norway phenomena very well.

There's also, if read in this context, obvious similarities to the Spiral in this ancient land-art in Peru:

There's a strong connection between these Mayan concepts and prophecies utilizing spirals and the Norway Spiral. Add to this the timeframe of the Mayan prophecies and that of the Spirals - pretty close, considering - and like i said, this has got my attention.

I think these connections are disparate, but when put together they're very simple and obvious; the Mayans predicted that a spiral would transport their God here in 2012 --- A mysterious spiral appears in the sky, 2009. Is that close enough to mean something?


So, to me this 'wormhole' thesis suggests 3 possible scenarios:

1) It was not manmade. Something came through, or is attempting to come through, as predicted by the Mayans.

or,

2) It was manmade....

a) ...In an attempt to create a wormhole.

b) ...As a product of HAARP. An attempt to to create hype around beliefs such as the 'Serpent Rope'. Why? One motive would be that TPTB wish to use these myths to unveil there own stooge/fake wormhole traveller to 'fix' the world. Such a figurehead would control massive global opinion, greatly empowering the stooge's puppet-masters.



To be honest all of these scenarios fill me with dread; A returning god may not be too happy with what we've done with place.... Or, is it wise to be experimenting with wormhole tech right on our own doorstep? And as for TPTB creating false prophets in order to manipulate the masses - well that hasn't worked out to well for the masses thus far.

I have never believed the rocket explanation regarding the Norway spiral and the recent one in Australia and your thread to me is a much better explanation than anything else i have read.

I recently watched a video on the same subject. The fella in the video showed loads of these spiral petroglyphs and there connection with a coming doom. He believed that the Norway spiral was just one of many more were going to see in the build up to 2012.

To tell you the truth I don't know what to make of it all, are they alien? Is it us? A God trying to return???

I subscribe to the rocket launch theory.

They(atmospheric spirals) have been seen since the early 1960's in connection with rocket launches, coincidentally right after we started to do orbital rocket launches!

Anyway, yes it's very plausible these events could be modern-day examples of the Mayan serpent rope, energy 'ribbon' from space.

Hey Evasius.

I thoroughly enjoyed the video you posted. This spiral symbol has been with us so long its amazing. The way it has trancended from culture to culture, across different parts of the globe has my mind in a boogle.

Was the "spiral" once a perminant fixture in the ancient night sky? A sign for all to see? I have so many questions I hope I find an answer soon.

And to those who will put this down to rockets, remember these spirals have been seen far longer than mans orbital space flights.

Or it was a "Nussschnecke" in blue, on the sky and not eatable.

Exactly. I agree its a nicely fitting story but with all the emphasis on how acurate the Mayans were with there astronomy and such I doubt that it would come 3 years early.

I mean if we start to bend a prophecy to fit whats actually going on then its not really a good prophecy to begin with.
And to repeat the above poster, I didnt see or feel a God coming to us.

OP I for will never believe the Norway Spiral was a rocket that went out of wack. I am more likely to think it was man made and probably not for anything good. If this technology exits then it's more than likely in the wrong hands already. What is is for I have no idea...

Thanks for the addition - The Australian spiral certainly bares a startling resemblance to the Norwegian. Is there any significance to their apparent polarization; one in the far north, the other in the deep south of the planet?

Pity the Brazilian spiral link is inactive, but that would be around the equator - perhaps there's a connection to magnetism; if a natural phenomena or not.

Here is something positive, I hope!

The answer that is closest, is 2(b). It occurs (like HAARP) at high altitudes in the ionosphere, and it is manmade(rocket exhaust).

The question that I have is: Why does it appear as a spiral to observers on Earth? Is it an effect of the rockets engine? Or does it have something to do with magnetic fields around the Earth causing the spiral effect? Maybe it is a combination of the two things.

Understanding this prophecy is a matter of interpretation. Because things don't seem to transpire the way one interprets they should does not mean the prophecy is necessarily wrong - it may simply be that we are wrong.

There would seem to be some margin of error here - perhaps the main event is yet to happen when the phenomena that causes these spirals is at full strength, du to positioning or other factors. That may well be 2012.

Certainly this is very speculative, as is this thread. also are we 100% certain that our current calendar has been compared accurately enough to confirm Dec 21st 2012?

The Spiral was awesome! I can simply close my eyes right now and visualize it just as it was on TV and other videos; I guess because I have no point of reference so it seems to stick out in my mind.

If I were indigenous I certainly would draw a spiral to try to send a message about it to the future, especially if it were connected to other phenomenon such as a god or gods.

It is possible that in our Paleo past that there were ships entering and exiting the highest levels of our thermosphere/mesosphere which could be seen by the rock artists. All of our texts seem to indicate more active gods in the past than we have today.

My greatest fear is that it has been so incredibly long since the return of such gods that something dreadful has happened to them. If we are the product of their creation/genesis experiments then it is likely we get our aggressive tendencies from somewhere. Even our pretense for war must be genetic in origin. Not many animals on Earth wage with such absolution as Mankind. So my fear would be that they already destroyed themselves out there; either destroyed or crippled. Sins of the Father! It would be no wonder as to why we are so bent on destroying ourselves.

At any rate, the child often surpasses the parent in most cases, so it might be our turn to open a gateway to their Kingdom and take a look around. Lord knows man would open a blackhole in his basement if he could.
