THE waters raced into Denise Mitchell's home so quickly that she fled with nothing but what she was wearing. After Mitchell and 10 members of her extended family took refuge in the convention centre downtown, she realised they had another problem: aid workers were giving out water and food, but there was nothing for her infant niece.

Actually, I think you've been brain-washed just as much as the common-people. The world is not over-populated. There are plenty of resources. The reason "they" want you to think that it's true is because when millions starve in Africa, "they" want you to think the world is over-populated anyway.
