From what I'm reading there are multiple servers, with different IP addresses for youtube.com, but knowing these addresses doesn't seem to really
point to a particular person. The IP address identifies the server on the network, not a person. A person's files, name, and pages may be on a
particular server, but so can someone else's. So, knowing the IP address may not be of much help. Each individual person won't have their own
unique IP address, just the servers will have this. For this to be the case, each person would have their own personal server, and I just don't
think it works that way. Two pages being on the same server doesn't automatically mean that they belong to the same person.
Sorry it doesn't really help you, but this is the information I have.
