Oh for crying out loud. I have personally been to yellowstone a few times and have stood at one of those 'holes' and looked down into it. The pictures don't do it justice. It is an alien landscape unlike anything you have seen before. Absolutely breath taking (but a little smelly)

Before you claim hoax or call someone a liar, you should know a little more about what you are talking about. Have you been to Yellowstone? Obviously not, or you would know those pictures are very real, and untouched.

I have seen various documentaries and none of them show the doctored photo landscapes.

i mean just look at that first photo for example.totally fake.

totally impossible.

nowadays everyone who wants fame and fortune is compelled to tinker with the photos to make it look zingy, wacky, oversaturated with color,or "enhanced".

It is like womens modeling magazines, all the photos are fake or photoshopped to make them into the plastic barbies that they look like.

Again, I ask you; have you ever been there? No? Then you have nothing more to say, IMO.

I HAVE been there, and that is EXACTLY what it looks like, if not even MORE brilliant. Like I said, the pictures can't do it justice.

Why is it so hard to believe that something doesn't exist just because you haven't seen it?

OT: I would love to see that geyser in person. Truly remarkable!!!

I have to admit the video speaks for itself. I would not go out of my way to fool anyone. Bacteria, moss, minerals are all contributions to the various colors attributed to the fly geyser.

No.

The simple free software video file software player called VLC Player has on the extended menu the ability to adjust contrast, hue, colors, invert colours, magnify, saturation and so and on.

Alter adjusting it lets you you save the tampered file.

So what if the photos are slightly enchanced?, I take a lot of photos and none of them even come close to what I see with my own eyes in real time.
We got those types of colours here in New Zealand in the thermal areas too, its a hot water algae and various minerals.
Also check out some of the thermal areas of Argentina on the back side of the Andes, Google it yourself.

naw apparently they're all fake, someone spent a whole lot of time and effort to make them look more pretty then they actualy are for god knows what reason. we all need to accept that this world is ugly and colors dont realy exist as vibrantly as we think they do and anything that isnt grey and bland is fake and altered/doctored, (sarcasm)

You don't need to spend a whole lot of time at all to adjust these pictures.A few clicks is all it takes.

Many cameras nowadays also now have the facility to add "special effects" before the picture is taken and "adjust" it also after.

Always follow the money trail.Pretty pictures will induce tourists to come and spend their money looking at a bunch of rocks.

Sorry nobodysavedme National Geographic actually did a story on it. Had better pictures than the one I posted as well. Unfortunately I will not post them for you because I also will not save you. Cheers.

Of course you won't post them as they don't exist except in your head.

I have defeated you again.

Ha you have defeated me? You have proof right in front of you that the Fly Geyser is real but you are ignorant. Why do you keep posting on this page if you look like a buffoon? Its real you claim its not. You are a dullard. See for yourself and research it. Anyone actually on ATS can defeat you.
