Hello, I am not sure how to post video -- this is my first time submitting something. (Didn't know if I can embed the video in the post here.) But I wanted to share this.

The video is a powerful wake-up call, and is allegedly being posted to people's facebook pages without their consent, and without knowledge of who did it.

The video is very good. So is the message.

it'd be pretty lengthy to get into just how this character plays into the series, but the series itself along with the movies for ghost in the shell are pretty interesting and philosophical, so if you're interested you might want to check it out

i'm guessing whoever is hacking accounts and doing this 'laughing man' immitation is getting his ideas from the anime

I'd like to note - This why they want an internet kill switch.... Because imagine a day where almost 20% of the videos being posted on youtube are of this sort of stuff..... It would be as if someone walked into the cave with a torch.

Ug, wish he had put up subtitles. I cannot understand a damned thing he is saying due to my hearing loss. *sigh*

Word of advice to all would be "V"-like people. Speak clearly and/or put up subtitles or a transcript.

This is pretty awesome.

What way to wake people up from thier entertained slumber than to mess with one of the very things they are entertained by. He also doesn't do any harm to the account itself- simply is just trying to get a message across to the masses.

On top of that from the faces that cover his - it is obvious he has a good sense of humor... keep the entertained ... entertained while getting an actual meaningful message across. Kudos to the guy... or lady ... (dun dun DUNNN )

I wonder how people will attempt to discredit this individual... If no harm is continued to be done I wish the guy all the luck in the world with the backlash that he is sure to get.

Hmm.. I'd lay even odds (judging only from the responses I have seen since I cannot tell what the video says) that the speaker is a member here on ATS. perhaps even someone on this thread?

I like this mysterious man, whomever he may be.

He is starting the wake-up call that everyone needs to hear.

We need to hear a whole lot more of this type of stuff.

The farmers gathered together in recent history and did blockades with their tractors in the past and were very successful in being heard. I suspect that people will have to start blockading roads in the same manner in order to be heard.

Less government is needed, and less laws. Our government was established to protect the people; to give the people life, liberty/freedom and the pursuit of happiness. Unfortunately our government isn't about the "People" any more, its about "Taxes and Big Business".

I love the "V for vendetta" approach of it.. good message also.. Some one said the webbots predicted this.. what report was it in or what interview was it mentioned in, I know they speak of the "revolution" starting allot but cant specifically remember the "laughing man".
